Horrendous horrendous company

Horrendous horrendous company! DO NOT USE!!!! I pressed the wrong button when purchasing and immediately called them to request a change to my payment method, and they absolutely refused, so I was negative $678 in my account and incurred all these overdraft fees. They're gross. WORST company EVER!

I bought tickets for EDC and picked the layaway option, and I made sure to check clearly that it was layaway. I process the tickets and the next day I check my bank account and I got charged in full. I reach out to frontgate support, but by the time I get a response my tickets have already processed and they pretty much said yeah we know you chose layaway anf got charged in full but its already processed so we cant do anything about it....????? So they can just scam you like that by the way. Thats illegal under Ontario consumer act, so this isn't over yet.

Events and festivals please avoid this ticket company

Twice now I've booked tickets through Front Gate, only them to cancel them both times without notification because of "fraud prevention". The biggest problem I have is with their customer service, which might as well not exist when you call up as they say they can't do anything. One of the events was sold out by the time realized and we had already booked hotels and flights. I knew to check on the tickets the second time. Events should avoid using this company.

Went to WWWY

Went to WWWY. I saw many people saying you could bring in collapsible stools to sit on and I brought 2. At security they told me I could have them. My husband ended up leaving me and I had his room key and cell phone in my bag since we were trying to get through security. We were separated for over an hour. I could find him and I was crying. What really pissed me off is I saw a shit ton of other people who had the exact same stools inside the festival. Do better at making your employees know what can and can’t be brought in. This was so stressful and almost ruined my whole experience.

Huge Scammers!

Huuuge rip off, god awful policies, and horrible customer service as well! I did a layaway plan for once in my life for Warped Tour 2026 A WHOLE YEAR AWAY mind you.. and payed the deposit and first payment, then bills and serious family things came up so I really needed money so I messaged them and asked for a refund cause I was goin through it, but they absolutely did NOT care, said no.. AND wanted to charge me an extra $50 bucks for canceling! Like dude.. the show is literally a year away! I really don’t see why they can’t.. it really showed me they literally just want money and even scam you for it! Never going through them again and you shouldn’t either!

Worst Experience Buying Tickets

Looking forward to taking My Son to Experience a Band I Grew Up With, Seen the site and Was Excited to Startup with Front Gate Tickets for Many Events to come. First Experience Ordering Tickets for event. Sent the Wrong Dates for the what I purchased. Called Twice and Emailed to have the Tickets Reset to Proper Date. Both Times I Called, they had No Ability to sort out Their Own Ticket Sale. Was given an Event Contact, which went Straight Back to "Front Gate Tickets Support". Didn't Receive changes and was Told by Support "They Have No Control After Tickets Are Sold". Worst Experience Buying Tickets, Wasted Time and Money!!

Do not buy tickets through them

Never in my life have I had issues with the customer service for tickets, let alone customer service in general. Since November of LAST YEAR I have called and emailed customer service. It wasn’t until last month an employee over the phone simply updated my new email….everyone else said they didn’t know how to simply change the tickets to a different email, didn’t know what I meant (possible language barrier), and 1 person via customer service email I believe was on purpose asking questions in a circle or it was AI. What a mess. Will never buy through Front Gate again.

Never purchasing layaway tickets SCAM

Never purchasing layaway tickets or any tickets through Front Gate.
When i purchased my tickets for Warped tour, ticket insurance was offered. Frontgate chose Allianz as the insurer. I went to make my claim but i was never given the Policy number so i cannot and Allianz is acting like.my email was NEVER used to purchase insurance. Frontgate customer support (literally named Karen) said that i purchased ticket insurance through allianz not them so its not their problem.
I bought it in my layaway package and they are telling me it's not their problem.
SUCH A JOKE. never doing this again.
oh also the "all inclusive pricing is a lie. Tried to even sell tickets through their exchange.
list a ticket for 120 they add 15 bucks and than the person purchasing still pays an additional 25+in fees
hope they have the year they deserve.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They are scammers, stay away from this company! I paid 11.50$ for shipping of my tickets, they didn't send my whole order but would keep my shipping cost saying it now includes other services. What a joke, bunch of useless clowns and on top of that scammers

They never mailed my tickets

They never mailed my tickets. They printed the label on May 6 for a festival on May 31, and as of May 28 they still have not given the package to UPS. Now I have to got to Will Call. An agent assured me that "there is plenty of time still for your ticket to be processed and possibly delivered!" Complete incompetence.

Double charged me for tickets

Double charged me for tickets. Couldnt see the double charge. When I charged back one of the double charges through my Credit Card, they cancelled the tickets I paid for the day before the show. Joke of a company.

Frontgate Tickets Engages in Consumer Fraud & Deceptive Business Practices

Frontgate claimed to have canceled tickets purchased for “suspicious activity” after I reported the transactions as unauthorized. A refund was then promised. Neither tickets or a refund was provided despite multiple assurances that a refund had been processed—which is tantamount to blatantly fraudulent behavior and deceptive business practices that violate consumer protection laws.

Ruined EDC plans!

away plan for EDC. Half way through my 12 month contract they canceled my account and kept $136 of my hard earned money. I was barely late one month and they decided to cancel my account and keep a cancellation fee plus some BS processing fee. Companies are allowed to take advantage if customers due to contract. I contacted them stating I wanted to keep my account. That did not give a damn and spewed out their bs “policy.!”

Legal contracts are ALWAYS in the favor of the person or company executing them. They are never in favor of he customer. I’ve learned my lesson to not enter any contracts or spend money unless it is a necessity like a car or housing. Companies continue to take advantage of people as now the economy keeps falling due to lack of trust in greedy companies & corporations. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay for it in cash or credit.

Horrible horrible company

Horrible horrible company. They cancelled my dreamville ticket three days after I bought it and when I call them. They couldn’t give me any reasons and basically just told me to join the waitlist and wait.

Thieves

They supposedly refunded my money but took it right back before it could clear. The concert was for April and was canceled about a week ago, I waited patiently but nothing was going back to my account. Suddenly, i got an email yesterday saying the refund took place, and saw it was pending last night with my bank. I woke up and the money ghosted out of my account and since it never cleared then pending amouny it looks like it was never there.

What kind of company won’t refund their product, when it is unused and untouched, 1hr 30min after a purchase?

What a terrible policy. This company is terrible. This isn’t a way to treat your customers. I will avoid at all costs.

Everyone else in the world will refund an unused item. Absolutely shameful.
Just complete theft.
Disgusting.

I viscerally hate this company.
This should be illegal.

FRAUDS; don't buy ANYTHING!!

These people are frauds. Ive had contact with them for weeks because there was a problem with my payment. To be very clear; paypal was acting up and since I live in Europe I dont have venmo or a creditcard; the money was there, but kept giving me a pushback on simply wiring them the money...

They ended up cancelling the ticket and keeping 95 dollars, and just sending me back some small change. They knew I was trying to fix it; but cancelled it brutaly anyway. This was supposed to be a present for my mom, but after an 11 hour flight to LA (from the Netherlands), she still had to run after this people and ended up with nothing...
