Presale ripoff

I signed up for the presale for Ed Sheeran. I was on there within 2 minutes. First I couldn’t get the code to copy I had to manually do it, then I couldn’t purchase the tickets I selected then couldn’t sign in using the account I just created. I had to use the best seats assignment which gave me standing which I didn’t want. The only way I could purchase the tickets. Then my credit card wouldn’t work and I had to use Apple Pay. My friend has mobility issues and they won’t change the tickets sending me the same automated message over and over. It is the worst most frustrating experience. I feel ripped off. I was forced to buy those tickets because of their dodgy website.

Not pleased..

Although the Frontiers agents provide good recommendations for hotels, they are a very expensive service and we did not find them worth it, particularly because we had a very negative experience with one of the agents who was supposed to be an expert on the UK. We told her upfront that we might need some extra handholding and when we asked her specific questions such as -“can you give us any insight into navigating Heathrow?” she never had an answer, as though she wasn’t familiar with the UK at all. When I asked her to walk through the itinerary with us prior to leaving, she said “what is it you want to know - I’ve already written it down,” and that’s the answer we got regularly. It was a very uncomfortable experience for the kind of money we spent. They are a very expensive travel service that should not have an agent who delivers poor service. As an example when we needed to add one other person for a brief ride - she was going to charge another very significant fee. We decided not to go with them for the Scotland portion for this reason and found the most incredible gentleman that a concierge at our hotel recommended. He was with us for three days and his fee was easily 1/2 of what Frontiers was charging for the time and the transportation. We wouldn’t use them again for this reason.

Very disappointed!

Yes, Frontier is a joke and their customer service is even worse. After getting absolutely nothing resolved through their chat and requesting to be contacted by a supervisor all that I got weeks later is a chat with a supervisor and nothing changed. (Keep in mind that this was prior to all of the fights being canceled on the east coast due to weather). I was traveling from Raleigh NC to Portland Maine with 4 grand children, one of which is handicapped, which is why I choose a nonstop flight. When we arrived at the Raleigh Airport in the afternoon for our flight, I got an email that our flights had been canceled. The Frontier flight board still showed our flight as being on time and the Frontier counter knew nothing of our flights being canceled. Once it was determined that our flights had been canceled I was told that the next flight was 3 days out. I requested a supervisor at the counter and she told me that she would find out about getting me a vouchers for hotel rooms and food. After waiting an hour I went back up to the customer service counter and she was at another location in the airport so they called her and she said that they were still working on it. An hour again later i went back to be told that Frontier airlines wouldn't approve any vouchers. So now 2 hours plus in the airport and unable to get access to any food for my 4 grandchildren and myself as we were in the area with no restaurants or eating facilities. At that point I was able to book 5 last minutes one way flights leaving RDU early the next morning on another airline. I had to pay for a hotel room in Raleigh that would accommodate 5 people and buy us food in Raleigh. Meanwhile, our return flights were still listed as on-time and I foolishly kept those as scheduled. We missed the part of the use of our vacation that we had reserved to meet up with my family and my 89 year mother whom I knew my grandchildren would be seeing for the last time. We checked out of our vacation rental to head to the airport for our return flight only to get and email that our flights had been delayed an hour. By the time we arrived at the Portland Airport I got an email that our flights had been canceled. We were not able to book another flight until later on a different airline. Again, I had to pay for a hotel room that would accommodate 5 people and purchase 5 last minute one way airline tickets to get us back home. Now Frontier has reimbursed for what I paid Frontier for the original 5 round trip tickets and checked baggage that I purchased. They will not refund my 99.98 that I paid for Frontier membership even though I purchased that membership when I made my original reservation to to get a small ticket discount which I never got to use and never will as I will NEVER fly Frontier again . They donot care about their customers. What if I didn't have a credit card, we would have been stuck. DONOT FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES.

11/10 travel agency experience! Would highly recommend.

Mollie and team organized the most spectacular trip through Portugal for us. Every detail was thought of and the trip was the perfect mix of active, relaxing, and learning - just what we requested. The food was incredible, our tour guides were knowledgeable and passionate, and we had the time of our lives. Thank you to FEJ for an amazing trip - we would highly recommend the agency to anyone looking to plan a special trip!
