Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still no tracking information or anything to say it has been dispatched.
I tried emailing customer services - no response. Tried calling the telephone number and this goes straight to voicemail. I’m convinced it is a scam/fake company. I have put a claim in against them so will hopefully get my money back. Lesson learnt, If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is.
I have contacted the customer service and have received nothing back I ordered a week ago and absolutely nothing
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this company and would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.
I ordered a pair of trainers for my son’s birthday with the expectation of next working day delivery. Nearly two weeks later, I am still waiting for the item to arrive. From the outset, there was no tracking information available for the order, which is entirely unacceptable for an online retailer.
When I contacted customer services for assistance, it took three days to receive any response at all. I was then informed that the item had supposedly been dispatched, but that their tracking system was “down.” That explanation was given almost a week ago, and despite multiple follow-up emails and replies from myself, I have received no further communication whatsoever.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care from this company is appalling. These trainers were intended as a birthday present for my son, and due to this company’s incompetence and complete failure to communicate, I was left having to disappoint him on his birthday. Still not have received.
I would strongly recommend that nobody purchases from this company under any circumstances. Their customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced.
I placed an order for the Grimm’s Mosaic Pastel (36 piece) on 4th March 2026. However, as of today, 14th March, I still have not received my parcel and there has been no update regarding the delivery. I am extremely disappointed and quite shocked by the lack of communication.
I contacted customer service to ask about the status of my order, but I have not received any response at all. It is very frustrating to spend money on an item and then be left completely in the dark with no information about when, or if, the order will arrive.
I expected a much higher level of customer service and communication. At the very least, I would have expected an update, a tracking number, or a response to my enquiry. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Based on my experience so far, I would be very hesitant to order from this company again.
