Had a really good experience. Ordered a dress that i’ve been eyeing for a while and it was shipped the next day and came in two days. The dress is beautiful and was packaged well and it fits super nice. Really looking forward to ordering from here again.

Bought a dress, was advised by their team to get a size XL which turned out to be way too big despite me giving them my accurate measurements (I don’t think they have accurate sizing dimensions on hand for their garments/don’t know what the fit of their garments are).
It arrived back with them 3 WEEKS AGO on 22nd July for exchange and they have not uttered a word to me about when I will receive the new size.
I will say the person I’ve been talking to on WhatsApp has been kind and nice to talk to, but the team and processes in place seem wildly inefficient. I just want the new size, or my money back as this is ridiculous.
The hassle of this is not worth the garment unfortunately. I would buy again if they start providing accurate sizing guides per garment on their website and prioritize customer care tenfold
Bought an eye mask I loved the style of, and I thought the ruffle around the edge might keep a bit of extra light out. The mask part blocked the light pretty well, but it was far smaller than any eye masks I've bought before. They obviously considered the ruffle part of the mask, but like you'd expect it didn't block out as much light. It was just under £35, so even considering it was largely made using recycled material I'd have expected an average sized mask for the price. The strap on the back didn't really look like it'd last either. While I was trying to return it the site kept trying to get persuade me to do something else, like accepting store credit with an extra four pounds. When it got through all the pages confirming what you're returning and that you want to return it, it deducted £4.95 for postage. It's a really flimsy, lightweight eye mask, so it just felt like they're trying to put you off returning something however they can - which kind of suggests to me that their products aren't great generally and they're fully aware of that. Not somewhere I'm planning on coming back to.
