Frumble Fabrics Avis 536

I first found Frumble when looking for space-patterned fabrics, and they have an excellent range of them which I've struggled to find elsewhere. They also have lots of other printed fabrics and a great selection of bias binding. Orders are dispatched promptly and the customer service is brilliant. They've become one of my go-to stores for sewing supplies.

I regularly buy from Frumble, everything I've ordered has always been exactly as described and what I wanted. Yesterday I placed an order and I knew it was late in the day but asked if they would send it for next day delivery and although I knew it was late in the day, they have worked their magic and the items arrived just now. I am very happy to be able to continue with my project without delay. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. Much appreicated.

I love shopping at Frumble. The selection of haberdashery items is fabulous. I especially love the bias binding. They also stock my favourite Maxilock overlocker thread. Mat also usually posts your order the same day which is great!

They are scammers

They boldly advertise a price but fail to say it's per HALF metre. You think you're getting a decent price for fabric but no...didn't read the small-print!

EdIt: I can't work out how to reply, so this bit is a reply to the comment:

If you genuinely value good customer service, do 2 things:
1. Don't require customers to comb through an FAQ to understand what you're not giving them - this just suggests you're trying to hide things
3. Your reply was a lot of "wah wah" but it could all be solved if you'd just be transparent about your prices and list them in metres. This isn't hard.
