Wat een geweldige ervaring! Mijn parfum werd supersnel geleverd en de geur is echt fantastisch. Hij blijft de hele dag heerlijk ruiken en ik krijg er ontzettend veel complimenten over. Bijna iedereen vraagt waar ik dit parfum heb gekocht!

Daarnaast ben ik enorm onder de indruk van de klantenservice. Ik was nét te laat voor de actie waarbij je een gratis 8 ml parfum kreeg, maar uit coulance stuurden ze er alsnog eentje naar me op. Dat noem ik pas topservice!

Zowel de kwaliteit van de parfums als de service zijn echt uitstekend. Ik ga hier zonder twijfel vaker bestellen en kan dit bedrijf iedereen van harte aanbevelen!

We ordered perfume with them, and they provided a free TOTE bag with it. The package arrived with just the tote bag, twice. When the shipping company told them it will take 7 business days to check, they just sent a new bottle anyway and an extra bag with it too! Shoutout to Daan for speeding this up. They have incredible smelling products too!

Angel Dust is my favourite perfume. The scent is long-lasting, and I always get compliments when I wear it. I’ve also had a great experience with Fugazzi’s customer service—they were friendly, quick to respond, and really helpful. Definitely a brand I’m happy to recommend.

Amazing fragrances and even better customer service!

Heerlijke geurtjes die lang blijven hangen. Er was iets mis gegaan met mijn bestelling, maar dit is snel en netjes opgelost. Goede service! Ik bestel zeker nog een keer hier.

The perfumes are amazing! I got the deal of 6 small perfumes with a shower foam and a £40 voucher, which is a really great deal as it will go towards my favourite. The shower foam was unfortunately missed from the package, when I contacted them they got on it right away and Evri had my parcel within a couple of hours! Fantastic customer service! The perfumes really are delicious, would recommend.

Allereerst zijn de geuren echt heerlijk en uniek. Verder was er bij mij helaas iets fout gegaan, 1 van mijn 3 producten was een leeg doosje zonder inhoud. Dit werd door Daan snel opgelost en een nieuw artikel is onderweg. Heel erg bedankt voor de fijne en snelle klantenservice!

I love this fragrance. It’s one of my favorite niche perfume brands, with unique, long-lasting scents.

The reason I’m giving three stars is the customer service and packaging for U.S. orders. I had an issue with a discount code and had to send multiple emails before receiving a response. My 100 ml order was also supposed to include a complimentary gift, but it was missing. In addition, the bottle arrived in an oversized box with only a small amount of bubble wrap, which wasn’t enough to keep it secure during shipping.

I contacted customer service about these issues but never received a reply.

Despite that, their fragrances remain among my all-time favorites, and I’ll continue purchasing from them. I just hope they improve their customer service and shipping experience.

Ik ben groot fan van Fugazzi! Eigentijdse/eigenwijze geuren met een "bite" die heerlijk ruiken! Ik ben nu nog allerlei verschillende geursamples aan het uitproberen maar zal zeker een grote variant gaan aanschaffen van het meest favoriete parfum. Ik heb er 1 van de samenwerking met Hema en ook deze is heerlijk!

I bought the “explore” set, and I chose all the perfumes I was curious about. All of them smells simply amazing - I will definitely be ordering a big size, my biggest problem is just which one ❤️ the customer support is so sweet and helpful, and the shipping is fast.

I would like to have samples when I order a product for the second, third,.. time. I ordered the Matchabuya and received a card game, that is nice but instead I would have prefer to choose the sample I want . It's always useful to have a sample to test or to go for holiday. And for the perfume price it would be nice 🙂

I’ve ordered Orange crush twice as gifts and both times they were enthusiastically received.
I had ordered the discovery set initially and the discount code was used for the purchase.
The bottle design is very nice and the fragrance notes are unique.
I’m planning to buy the Nicologne for myself. I’ve received compliments every time I’ve applied the sampler.

The order was delayed due to some misunderstandings regarding the address, but everything was resolved thanks to the fast support they provided.

The perfumes are exquisite, but more important the team behind it. I had an issue with false shipping information, and the team reacted immedatiely and were very proactive about it. Absolutely best experience with customer support in a long while!

I've ordered from Fugazzi approx 5 times now and the experience has always been 5 stars!

As for the perfume itself.... it has changed my life, Angel Dust is my signature scent now and will be forever. I get asked by strangers every single time I wear it. It's genuinly the best valued fragrance brand for its time, we live in a world where some perfume houses justify €400+ for their scents and they fail to last as long or leave such a lasting impression as Fugazzi scents do.
They offer Eau de Parfum and Extract de Parfum versions of each of their scents which is game changing (their website will actually educate you on what the difference is) so I have Angel Dust for day and for night!!

They also do discovery sets that you can build yourself by choosing which scents you want to try based on their scent identities and find your favourite, thats how I found angel dust, I was convinced Vanilla Haze was going to be my scent from the ingredients but Angel Dust changed EVERYTHING!!
Now to repurchase my 50ml for my handbag and travel while I have a big 100ml at home so its everywhere with me.
