I have more then one Fugazzi Fragrance, I won’t admit how many but it certainly ain’t enough! It’s an addiction! Definitely and easily THE fragrance brand I would always come back to and will get other people on the same addiction <3

The Nocologne is top notch. I will say these are 100% HIT or MISS. Angel Dust and Orange Crush are also very good.

Vanilla Haze stond al even op mijn wishlist en uiteindelijk besteld om voor op een onvergetelijke bruiloft te dragen.
Bestellen gaat vlot bij Fugazzi, en bestelling ook snel binnen.
Parfum was met zorg verpakt , helemaal blij mee.

Amazing perfumes and customer service.

I'd avoid this company. They charged me an extra £20+ for samples that were then missing from my delivery entirely. When I contacted customer service to resolve it, I was met with complete silence — weeks have passed with no response to any of my messages. Being charged for items you never receive and then ignored is unacceptable.

Meer dan een maand geleden besteld en niks ontvangen. In de eerste instantie contact gehad met de klantenservice en nu al 2 weken niks meer gehoord. Meermaals geschreven maar geen antwoord gekregen.
Update: de dag na het plaatsen van deze recensie werd er zonder verdere communicatie een nieuwe bestelling verzonden. Deze is na een week aangekomen.

had an issue on the bottle’s atomizer. the support team was very understanding and accommodating. I am very satisfied with their assistance regarding the issue

I am suprised to read negative reviews about their support because to me it üas really a nice experience. I ordered disvovery set with shower gel and my gel was missing. I contacted support and they replied within the same day, asked for a photo of package. Once i sent them they created a new order for me and shower gel was sent.

No lengthy questioning, or complicates steps.

The support team at Fugazzi have been amazing. Kept me up to date along the way and had clear communication with me.

There products though are fantastic. I am an avid supporter as is my partner. I will buy from Fugazzi again.

Een sample box besteld met een gratis body wash van 200 ml cadeau. De 6 samples waren los in de doos gegooid i.p.v. mooi op hun plaats geduwd in het daarvoor bestemde vakje. Bijkomend ontbrak de body wash volledig.

Uiteindelijk zeer snel antwoord van de klantenservice en dezelfde week nog heb ik het ontbrekende artikel ontvangen én een fuzzy toilet bag.

I ordered some parfum from this company as a gift for a friend, two week on and I still have not received it. Even sent me a email saying that I received the item and hope I like itThey are not responding to emails . The delivery status still states awaiting product.. really annoyed as it states on website 2 /3 days. If I don’t receive it by Fri I will get my cash back . As it’s ridiculous . They have now sent me a tracking number that does not work

can’t get through to anyone on customer service after discovery set never arrived. Even received and email saying it should’ve arrived right now and to write a review on which my favourite scent was. Truly a joke i was super excited to try this brand and they’ve ruined the experience and just taken my money.
