I wish I could give 0 stars. My rep was named Alex and he was very unprofessional. Constantly showing up late sometimes completely not even showing up without me reminding him to meetings he set. They took my money and did nothing. When I asked first a refund the gave me a quarter of it back and said oh well. Stay away from this company.

This is a scam. They took $2,000 from me to list products on Amazon on my behalf—this was after I had already paid them $299 per month for two months for "management services" during which they did absolutely nothing. The only thing they actually did for me was help me set up my online store; after that, they did nothing else. They are thieves who falsely claim to provide services to people. Ultimately, they claimed to have purchased $2,000 worth of products for me, yet they failed to provide a single invoice. They pulled a shady trick: they sent me an initial invoice showing the price and quantity of the products, but then—without warning me or keeping me informed—they switched the product to something else and never sent me a revised invoice indicating the actual price and quantity. Sure enough, they shipped the items they supposedly purchased for me to Amazon back on March 3rd; yet here we are now, and I haven't made a single sale, and the 120 units of "Probiotic Gel for Pets" have completely vanished from Amazon. I tried contacting them, but they wouldn't respond. Consequently, I have retained a lawyer to sue them and force them to produce the documentation showing exactly how much they paid for the products. As of now, my products are nowhere to be found in the Amazon store. I’m warning you guys: do not use their services, because they are nothing but scammers. They want make easy money. They are theft my money for no good service.
