Working with Fulfillmen has been a nightmare experience. I cannot recommend working with them whatsoever.

We've used Fulfillmen for over a year and it has been nothing but opaque pricing, mistakes, and poor communication.

Generally, you hire a fulfillment company to handle all things related to your shipments. When an order comes in, you expect it to be shipped out. On numerous occasions, I would have to personally check in with every single order to ensure it had been shipped out. If my account balance was low, instead of notifying me, I would realize days later that my products were not shipped because the funds were not high enough. There were no systems or notifications in place to prevent this from happening and my account rep did nothing to warn me. I constantly had to be on top of them and this took away valuable time from building the business and working on other things.

We sell an expensive, luxury-type of good that requires packaging with care. We even purchased 300 customized boxes for our inventory so that the products were not smashed or damaged. Near the end of our working relationship I discovered that they were ripping us off by charging us the same price as the larger customized box but smashing the product so that it would fit inside a smaller box. They saved on the shipping cost on the backend while charging us the same amount on the front end. This resulted in numerous customers receiving a luxury item smashed up into a box that it was not supposed to go into. We have lost thousands of dollars in returns due to customers receiving a smashed product.

Their interface is clunky and the UI/UX is terrible and not easy to navigate. Everything is in Chinese or broken English.

Save yourself the headache and pay for a legitimate company who knows how to run a fulfillment service. This company is a fraud and has near zero competency in what they're doing. AVOID at all cost!
