Before going to view a vehicle i wanted to ensure it had been regulary serviced, owner had lost the service book so i wanted piece of mind. Really disappointing. Took the Free Version and was told that a Service History was available through the paid version. Paid money and was given access to the "upgraded" report -
Report States - The vehicle has no recorded digital service history.

Checks were carried out with the manufacturer, dealers, and authorised service network.

Contacted the Customer Service team - No response to begin with. When they finally responded they refunded me and offered me another check.

I purchased a service history check for a Volkswagen Passat. The website was easy to use and the report was delivered instantly. Unfortunately, no digital service history records were found for the vehicle, although the factory specification information was provided. The process itself was straightforward and quick.
