Adult Large & Medium Jumpsuit were all small child size, weird scruffy material, and the company would not respond to numerous emails I sent regarding return & refund. HUGE SCAM. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Exact same experience as Donna below. Not the same product, not accepting my return and refusing to admit it's a completely different advertisement from product. Do NOT purchase. Wish I had found some of these warnings before purchasing.

If you paid through PayPal please open disputes through their services. We may not be able to get a full refund but we can at the very least get some actual action made against this scam website and possibly get our money refunded through PayPal.

This company is indeed committing false advertising. The product has NO stretch at all as advertised, their customer service to say the least is less than poor, doesn't even deserve 1 star. There is no return/replacement options available to customers. It is probably the worst company I've dealt with in years. "Full of Disappointment" should be the company's name!

I have experienced all the same issues that everyone else has claimed. They also sell this product on Amazon so I contacted Amazon and reported them and they will be banned from selling on their site (once they investigate, but the rep said he has escalated the issue due to all the complaints). I would like to get together and go after this company for false advertising - is there anyone out there that would have knowledge on how we can do this?

Same as all other reviews, total scam, jumpsuit has no stretch, crap plasticy fabric, its completely gross. Please don't order anything from this company.

Worst company! Total scam! Advertised stretchy loose cozy jumpsuit. Instead they send me a tight and staticky jumpsuit with no stretch at all. When I messaged them they say no returns or refunds. Just terrible. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Total scam, do not order from this company, they will charge more than you authorized and add foreign fees on top of it.

Absolute scam.
The jumpsuit is nothing like what was advertised. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise something so false. I wouldn’t trust them by any means. 100% regret buying this. I have learned my lesson to trust online ads.

I'm so mad!! These stupid jumpsuit has been all over the social media platforms. I received nothing like what was advertised. I'm so disappointed and very sad!! I want my money back! What can I do??

They first overcharged me. Then sent me the wrong items in the wrong color. What they did send me was cheaply made. Now they don't respond to my emails.

The package is currently at customs in Denmark & also has been assigned a tracking # in Los Angeles, CA on 3/25/23 that hasn't moved in five days. That's some kind of shipping magic for the same package to be in Denmark & California at the same time. Total scam!
