Diving into FullofMind: Rich Courses with Occasional Translation Hitches

Recently, I made the decision to purchase a dance course from FullofMind, intrigued by what they had to offer. Shortly after my initial purchase, the company offered me an opportunity to subscribe for complete access to all their courses. Upon exploring further, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a vast range of enriching courses that catered to a variety of interests. The yoga classes truly stood out to me. Additionally, the brain exercises provided were both stimulating and beneficial.

However, a point to note is that it became evident that some of the courses are translations from different languages. While this shows the diverse range of content they offer, there were moments where the translation quality seemed to waver, possibly affecting the integrity of the original content.

Despite this minor drawback, I'm genuinely impressed with the overall offerings of FullofMind. I recommend to try it out.

scam site, deducts separate payment after initial course payment then blanks email queries, very dodgy and unethical and should be shut down. Shame on those behind it.

Very negative experiences

Very negative experiences! Very similar like other people here. I bought a course for 19$ but was charged for 97$ and next month for another 97$! None of it I didn't agreed and didn't know! Tried to cancell the trial for which I didn't even agreed but it's still "processing" with no response. I am feel really bad about it and I'm afraid they have my credit card information 😞
Please if anybody knows how to defend and get money back write me on my email bara.skarkova(at)seznam.cz
Don't buy anything from them.

UPDATE 9.9.2023 They return me just one payment 97$ and I hope they will return me second payment. I communicated with them via WhatsApp. I hope they will not charge me next month like someone wrote here.
UPDATE 15.9. They returned me second payment of 97$. I asked them if they still have access to my card details when I have an account there? No response. I asked them to cancell my account and refund me for the course I bought. No response. Omg this is a nightmare 😞
Update 24.9. They returned my all the money. I requested to cancell subscription (which I didn't order) and to cancell the account with immediate validity - they answered me that they cancelled it but I can still log in there and on the place of subscription is still "processing". I will continue to try to cancell the account. 😖 So much energy wasted but it was a great lesson to buy courses just from their creators and not from scam companies.
Update 26.10.2023 They didn't cancell the account so I cancell my credit card and make a new one to be sure they don't misuse it... Never again!

Purchased a one off £20 course only to somehow be told that I'd signed up to a subscription that I did not agree to.

Immediately emailed to cancel only to find a month or so later that I've been charged £77. Tried to cancel on the platform but says I have no pages to display.

This is not OK! You're praying on some of the most vulnerable people.

This is a scam company!!

I purchased a $19 course and have been signed up- against my will- to a “free trial” of all fullofmind courses that automatically charges me a monthly fee of $59. At no point did I agree to a monthly subscription- at one point I pressed a button saying “continue to your courses” (after paying the $19) and then a pop-up told me I’d signed up for the trial. I have emailed requesting a cancellation, but still yet to hear back. This is modern day con artist! This is scam!

I signed up for a I guess trial as I was NEVER able to access the site. Emailed them serval times including 4 cancellations requests. So far I've been charged the trial amount $19, and two monthly charges of $97/month NO respense!

Very shady way of doing business

Do not trust the 19.00 sale

Like most of the people on here I bought a 19.00 class and was charged 97.00 a month later that I did not authorize. I emailed before the money was removed and stated that I did not authorize any subscription as directed on their website. I was charged 97.00 regardless 3 weeks later. I emailed about being refunded and got a refund earlier today, only for them to charge me 97.00 again later this evening. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company at all. Hopefully this will be corrected immediately. Meanwhile I am not at all happy with the underhandedness of this company.

Konnakol - a really wonderful course so far.

This particular course - Konnakol - is lovely - really well grounded and explained, and the videos/teachers have a lovely open vibe to them. I've been teaching class music in schools on and off for years and am always looking for new ideas. This is a real revelation.

Credit where credit's due

I recently wrote a review about the very poor customer service of Full of Mind after they took money from my account which I had not agreed to.
After a full week gone by and no response, I put up a negative review.
They very quickly got back to me after my review and to their credit refunded the amount taken from my account however it took the best part of a full month to get this sorted which is a shame and sadly i have lost trust in this platform. I did however feel it necessary and only fair to let it be known that they did finally honour their promise in providing a refund.
It is a shame that they did not respond in the first instance.

Got the technical issue with this…

Got the technical issue with this website after course buying, sent the request to support but the waiting time was around 4h - I think it’s quite okay and fast enough, but maybe not appropriate if you wanna watch the course immediately after buying.

The tech issue was solved tho after contacting with the support manager.
4/5 - fix the problems and it would be much better.

Avoid free trial

I bought. $19 course which looked interesting , only to discover that I also got a free trial of all courses on the site. By the time I read the small print that said the free trial would automatically convert to a weekly subscription, it was too late to go back and cancel. I fretted and swore I’d never buy anything again without checking re scams first. I got a confirmation email that gave a link to help options. I chose the email and sent a message asking that they either cancel just the free trial or if that wasn’t possible, then cancel the purchase as well. I just received an email from Maria in customer service saying my free trial had been cancelled. Thank you Maria. Why not be more transparent and give people a real choice up front rather than trying to lock them into a subscription without their being fully aware? Much better business practice and would reflect better on your website.

1. Automatic Free Trial Trap: I was unexpectedly enrolled into a free trial without my explicit consent. Beware, this can lead to unintended charges if you’re not cautious.
2. Zero Response to Emails: Despite trying to communicate my concerns, I received no replies. Customer support seems non-existent.
3. Poor Course Quality: Sadly, the content quality was below par. It doesn’t match up to the standards expected from professional platforms.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I advise caution to anyone considering using their services.

Fullofmind has sent me an invoice plus receipt 2 days ago of 97 Dollars for a course I have never ordered. Like everyone else here. I am really shocked that my mastercard credit details have been used and money taken of my card!!!!! Obviously, I have ordered some while ago a 19 Dollar course as well - I wonder which one ???! . I have written an email now with the request to transfer the money back to my mastercard and to let me have an explanation of this action. Unbelievable, it's really shaken me off. Fullofmind, if you read this: You must make an official announcement on this!!!!! THI IS AN ABSOLUTE NO GO!!!! I expect my money to be transferred back and then have a deletion of my creditcard details!!!!
