The bobble heads were awesome! They looked just like the proof and we were so happy with them, as were our coaches!

Absolutely fantastic, very easy to deal with and submit what I wanted.
The proof was sent and they were able to make an adjustment before going ahead with ease and no issues.
I recieved the bobbleheads so quickly and they were fantastic, so similar to my photos and have had many compliments.
Highly recommend and many thanks to the team especially Mia Li.

website says they send you a picture of it before approval before paying. I've had no photo and been charged, emailed 3 times and had no response!! SEEMS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! The phone number on the confirmation email doesn't connect either! I've still not received the bobblehead and it's now August 28th. I don't understand how people are getting theirs within a few days because it takes a few days to make it, then shipped from overseas! So I'm guessing that a few of the positive reviews are made up and not real, decide for yourself, but considering they come from another country I don't believe it canbe made, approved, then sent and arrive in Australia all in 4 days. The only thing I know so far is after 3 emails of my product being the wrong colour eyes and the wrong bobblehead shown in the email from them, apparently it was sent out however it's been sitting in botany for 5 days...... Very strange if you ask me!!

30th August... finally received the bobblehead and it's broken!! Grrrr! They've sent it out broken, it wasn't damaged in shipping because there is no damage to the box and it was well and truly wrapped in the box. Paid all that money, weeks of frustration, several emails ignored, to finally get it, being sent from, broken!!

Dudley Finally heard back from them after the 4th email. They sent the proof for approval however the eyes are the wrong colour, asked them to fix it to the colour on the order, twice, New photo came through and still the wrong colour eyes. This would have to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a while. They are not good at answering emails. Wouldn't recommend them!! Very frustrating!!

The communication was great, I made an error in the email address when I sent my photos and they let me know before I even realised my error.
The likeness of the custom bobbleheads to my 2 dogs is brilliant. It is obvious a lot of care is taken whilst making them.
A brilliant gift idea with real meaning. Highly recommend to everyone

Very quick to respond and create the product. Postage was quick too. Was very easy to discuss designs and the end product was super realistic. We love it.

The bobble heads are great! In the proof stage I asked to change hairstyle and they did without any problem. The communication has been great, make sure you give yourself lots of time just in case you need changes. I would use this company again. The bobble heads are on display in my parents house (60th wedding anniversary present) and they love them!!!

Be extremely careful! The proof of artwork they send looks completely different from the original photo. Despite raising concerns, they go ahead and ship the item without your approval. The final product is incorrect and not what was agreed upon.

To make things worse, the seller is based outside of Australia, so taking legal action or filing a proper complaint is nearly impossible. You’ll be left with a poor-quality item and no way to get your money back.

This is a total scam and a complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

The bobble head I received had paint faded on several spots, was sticky and the back of the bobble head was also a mishap. This happened after a chain of over 10 verification email exchanges. I reported the issues and the customer service was prompt in their response and sent me a replacement. This time the colour of the hair was totally different, the hair colour was supposed to be dark brown and when I informed them about this, I was told that they don’t have that colour available! This is common colour and their response was very disappointing. I do understand it’s a waste of their resource for sending another replacement but it’s not my fault that they changed the colour without even informing me. Despite claiming the bobble heads to be a close resemblance to the photo sent, this defect was very disheartening. After paying for the product and confirming verification, for them to make this error is ridiculous. It was a saddening experience and a waste of money. I hope the other customers have a better experience.
