Empty promises! This is about the FM company. I have been waiting for the payment since March 20. The CEO of the company makes empty promises.
The last time he promised on June 27 that he would pay the money within 5 days, and the company will continue to pay without delays, but nothing happened.
The company's support service does not say anything specific. When asked to explain the reason for the delay and when the payment will be made, they answer that they do not have such information, and there is no way to contact someone who could explain what is happening! Numerous attempts to get an answer have led to nothing, they just said "wait" and that's it. An attempt to ask a question in the CEO's Telegram channel ended with an immediate block and ban.
The CEO has been promising to explain the reasons for the delay in video format for several months now, but the video has never been published. 4 months of waiting have killed all hope for payment.

Good prop, accounts were issued when buying and when closing phases quickly. Scammers and gamblers are not allowed by the service. If you are a normal trader with a strategy, there will be no questions

Don't even try to get an account in this "company". Loyalty is a non-existent word, even if all the trading rules are followed. My trading experience in this company always ended with earning certificates, nothing more. Don't fall for their re-issuance of an account - it's an abyss.

I had a very disappointing experience with Funded Masters. After passing the challenge and trading consistently, they refused to pay out my profits. Not only did they delay communication, but they also suddenly changed the rules and introduced new restrictions that were never mentioned in the original agreement.
It feels like they are finding excuses to take away funded accounts and avoid payouts. Be very careful before trusting them with your time and money. There are much more reliable prop firms out there that actually respect traders.

Do not trust this company. They do not keep all their promises. The CEO constantly lies about payments, and for the last 4 months the company has not paid a single person. They try to lure people with discounts. Do not trust this company, and avoid anything associated with the name of Dmitry Shevchuk, because he is a fraud!

I bought my last account here more than 3 months ago.

I traded with 1.5% risk. The first position involved 25% margin, the next 16%, 18% and 22% for the first phase. 2 stops and 2 take profit - phase 1 closed.

For the second phase, I used 22% margin with a risk of 1.5%. 1 position - phase 2 closed.

After that, I received a refusal to further service and a letter about the refund of funds for the account, and I still waiting for 4 months for my funds. They say that there is a certain order of the queue, but there is not.

If we talk only about the summer, the CEO promised payments first until June 20, which did not happen, and then there was a second lie about payments until July 4, which also did not happen. And there were many more such misrepresentations in the spring.

Let's start with the fact that I started trading this prop in March, exactly at the moment when the trouble with payments began, when the rules were tightened up FOR EVERYONE. I wrote in capital letters for everyone, because all adequate prop firms cut the rules specifically for a trader if they see that he is not profitable for the prop company. This is what FTMO, 5 years and other top prop firms do, which funded masters dream of becoming, but which, unfortunately, they will not become in the near future. I will not surprise anyone with another 1 star for this prop firm and I want to write exactly what I have not seen anyone write before.

When I passed the first phase violating the rules, no one took it from me and I lost it by my mistake. When I passed the first phase again, they took it away from me with good reason because I held back 2 percent of the risk without reading the rules. But then I passed the first phase according to the rules, and then the second. And here the complete circus begins. It was taken away from me because the margin exceeded 30 percent, despite the fact that I exceeded it 3 times. 31%, 32%, 43% (I think 43 could be forgiven, and I won't even mention 31 and 32 as an argument...) and there was also a reason for exceeding the risk by more than 1.5%, namely 1.53% (also speechless...). As a result, they give me in addition the maximum leverage - 1:30, completely killing any adequate trading, stretching it out not just for months, but for years, and from their lordly shoulder they reissue the second phase, not the first (thanks for that)

In general, I want to say that the prop company positions itself as very strict, but as they say, if you demand, then comply. Judging by the previous reviews, it is clear that even those who trade with such unreasonably strict rules, wait for their payments for months and do not receive them because the owner laughs at everyone while buying himself another Rolls Royce. His main income is the clientele, which he spits in the face. I do not know what he hopes for.

In conclusion, I will say that the prop company should soften the rules and adjust them to each trader if it is not profitable for them, come down from heaven and see what is really happening with the prop and that even if they pay out, no one will pass this prop with their rules, as I have already said before, having given their choice to FTMO, 5 years and even probably pips, which they laughed at so much. I think that it should be a shame, even if a prop like Equity Edge with their cheapest prices for the challenge pays people within two days and everything is fine with them.

I am not going to trade here until the prop company corrects all of its mistakes listed above.

I went through two accounts with this company. On the first account, when I submitted a payout request, they suddenly found a couple of minor margin violations during the first phase and banned the account, offering a refund. By the way, I had spent two months trying to pass the challenge. As expected, even the refund never came — it's been three months now.

The second account was issued clean, with no restrictions. This was after the first one got banned. I traded it very carefully, with no violations, mostly swing positions. I just wanted to see what excuse they would come up with this time. But they didn’t even bother — just sent a templated decline message and stopped responding altogether.

By the way, the trading platform is garbage. It constantly crashes and lags, making trading even more frustrating.

Support in their Discord is useless — honestly, I’m not even sure it’s a real person. Feels like an AI bot that just keeps saying “I don’t know” and redirects you to the risk department, which (if you’re lucky) might reply in a month.

Don’t make the same mistake. Stay away from this company.

UPD 03.07.25: After some time and back-and-forth, it was finally proven that there were no violations on the second account. They unblocked it and allowed me to submit a payout request. Now I’m waiting
