Unfortunately, this review appears to be completely false and does not reflect how our service operates.

First, we have no record of any client under the name provided. Despite the serious allegations being made, no account details, order references, screenshots, or evidence have been provided to support any of the claims.

Second, the reviewer claims they were locked out of their prop firm account. We do not own, operate, or have access to client dashboards. Traders are in full control of their own login credentials, and only the prop firm can assist with account access issues. It is therefore unclear why these allegations are being directed at us.

The review also contains claims regarding payout methods that do not align with the payout options available through the prop firms currently being used for management, which raises further questions about its authenticity.

Most importantly, the reviewer states that they contacted us and received no response. We have no record of any communication from a client matching this name. After requesting details to verify these claims, none were provided.

If this is a genuine customer, why not provide the information requested so we can identify the account and investigate the issue? The obvious answer is that no such account exists.

This appears to be a poor attempt to damage our reputation rather than a genuine customer complaint. We remain happy to investigate any legitimate issue, but that requires verifiable information, not anonymous accusations that cannot be substantiated.
