Keep receiving spam from this company, have told them to cease and desist by emailing enquiries email address they've provided in replies to others but they are still contacting me. I have filed a report with the ICO.

Great Service
We’ve recently worked with Funding Bay to secure funding for our business, and the experience has been great.

Consistently spamming me
Consistently spamming me - 4 at a time at the moment.
Sending emails offering finance to addresses that are internal only is not a clever move, it just makes them look unprofessional and unapproachable.
I'd never ever use a company who just randomly spammed me, especially one who consistently reply to the email and re-send it with lines like 'I’ve sent a handful of emails now, assuming this isn’t a priority. Let me know when is a better time to reach out.' No reply is a hint that we arent interested.

Exceptional Support and a Smooth, Hassle‑Free Funding Experience
Excellent support throughout. Alex was consistently available to help with all my queries and negotiations. They understood my exact requirements and worked diligently to deliver the right solution.
One of the best parts was the minimal documentation needed. Having dealt with many brokers before, I know how painful that process can be, and this was a refreshing change.
