Helpful, knowledgeable and fast to respond on email. I needed help getting a loan to expand the business and can recommend Funding Pool. They gave me some different options to choose from and I just had to pick the one that worked best. If I ever need another business loan, I'll be back. Thanks

UPDATE: For the past 10 years I have gone to long lengths to stop my email being used for marketing. I never agree to any marketing to my email and marketing providers have been notified never to share or use my details. Hence your emails are SPAM, likely from a non-GDPR compliant source. I also make it clear that unsolicited marketing emails to my address are chargeable and I never click links in emails from unknown, unsolicited or untrustworthy sources on security grounds. (I email or message the sender instead to ensure my details permanently removed).

We’re genuinely disappointed to receive this review, especially given that it was in response to a single, lawful and targeted email sent under the basis of legitimate interest — fully in line with UK GDPR and PECR regulations.
You were contacted in your capacity as a publicly listed representative of your business, and the email included a clear unsubscribe option — as all our communications do. We’ve now removed your details from our database, and you won’t hear from us again.
As a small business ourselves, we take our reputation seriously. Your statement, “I would not trust this company,” feels particularly unfair considering you’ve received just one email from us — with no further contact or interaction. Our intention was never to spam, but to introduce a relevant business service to someone publicly listed as a contact for their company.
As a fellow small business owner, we kindly ask you to consider whether this review — and the damage it can cause — fairly reflects your experience, and is a proportionate response to a single legitimate message.
