I don't write many reviews, but Fund to Freedom has earned this one.

I've spent years in commercial finance and lending, and after more than a year as part of this community, I can say with confidence that what Ryan and Haley have built is something genuinely different.

The first thing that stands out isn't the training or the opportunities—it's the culture. The people in this group are remarkably generous with their time, knowledge, and willingness to help one another succeed. Outside of my church community, I honestly can't think of another group of people who so consistently look for ways to lift each other up rather than compete against one another.

Ryan and Haley lead with integrity. They are accessible, transparent, and genuinely invested in the success of the members. In an industry where promises are often bigger than results, they have built a model that is both practical and proven.

Transactional funding is one of the areas I specialize in, and it is the core focus of this organization. In my opinion, this team represents the gold standard in that niche. Their experience, systems, and willingness to share knowledge are second to none.

At 68 years old, I've learned that people matter more than programs. Great businesses are built on trust, character, and execution. Fund to Freedom has all three.

My Experience Being Part of Fund to Freedom: 1.5 Years Later!

I've been a member of Fund to Freedom for a year and a half now, and honestly, it's given me way more than just transactional funding knowledge. This is more than that for me.

From the second you join, there's this vibe of positivity and support that's hard to find in other places.

And the friendly competition inside the group pushes you to get out of your comfort zone, that's a big one.

What sets Fund to Freedom apart isn't just the technical training, although that's excellent too.

It's the systems and platforms inside the community, the ones that push you to take action daily and weekly.

But what really made the difference for me was on a personal level.

Learning how to put myself out there, building a presence on social media, and just developing that persistence to follow through on what I put my mind to.

In this case, transactional funding.

I've been part of multiple real estate communities over the years, and I can say this one is the best if you're serious about getting into transactional funding and want to see real results, fast.

The systems, the support, the personal growth side, it's a rare combination, and that's why I recommend it!

This Community is the BEST!

I joined Fund to Freedom six months ago, since then I have learned and grown so much. On a personal and professional level. My confidence has increased and I feel 100% supported in my goals and business development.

The value, support and resources that are provided are far more effective than I have had in any other group. Ryan explains things in a way, that are so relatable and easy to put into practice. Being a part of this community has kept me accountable, motivated and focused towards my goals.

I have learn so much on real estate and never new that transactional funding was a thing but it's a amazing way investors scale there real estate business. Ryan is always updating and bring in new was to improve, facilitate business transactions, goal setting, to do list, personalized road maps and deal calculator for investors. Amazing community with weekly calls to be updated and deal structures to understand your customer needs.

Before joining Fund to Freedom, I knew I wanted to be in the real estate lending space, but I didn’t fully know how to position myself, structure deals, or confidently speak the language of funding. Especially transactional funding.

This community and Ryan changed that for me.

It gave me more than education. It gave me direction, clarity, and access to the kind of relationships that actually move a business forward.

One of the biggest shifts for me has been confidence.
I’m no longer second-guessing every conversation or wondering if I belong in this space. I understand the process, I know what to look for, and I have people I can collaborate with when it’s time to get deals funded. Not to mention a whole bunch of resources I regularly go to when I need to refresh my memory on protocols or protecting funds.

I even have investors reaching out to me wanting to use me as a source to put their private funds to work!

The community and accountability have also made a huge difference. Being around others who are actively building, closing, learning, and sharing wins keeps you focused and reminds you that this business is possible when you stay consistent.

What started as something I was trying to piece together on the side has turned into a real business with real relationships, real opportunities, and a much clearer path forward.

Creating genuine friendships has just been an additional bonus for me!

Fund to Freedom has played a huge role in that growth, and I’m genuinely grateful I made the decision to be part of it.

Why I love FTF: It's a focused community built around teaching transactional funding, but that's just the starting point. You don't only get the education. You get a whole business set up for you. That means a website plus all the backend to handle the transactions from the leads you cultivate and turn into clients.

And then there's the community! The people are awesome and genuinely generous with their time and insights. We all learn a lot from each other's experiences too.

On top of the business setup, the education, and the online community, we also do in-person masterminds, which are a chance to really dig your heels in and go deeper on both the community and the business.
Starting a new business on your own is not easy. Having a group of people focused on the same thing, people you can lean on and learn from, is priceless.

I also learned how to approach entrepreneurship differently. To build a business, we have to show up differently, and that's been one of the most valuable things I've taken from this group. You grow and adapt right alongside the FTF crew, because we're always learning, always growing, always working to make the business work.

Since joining FTF, the community has exceeded my expectations on all levels. I decided to join the paid community because I was blown away by how much value was provided in the free community. My plan was to be in the paid community for a few months, learn transactional funding, then leave.

After joining, I remember being shocked at how collaborative everyone was with each other and sharing what worked for them. It shocked me because in previous communities I was in, members were to themselves and gatekept what worked. I believe FTF is like this because Ryan shares everything that works for him and sets a standard in the community to collaborate.

The best part of the community has been the people I have met in it. My first deal ever was done with another member that I reached out to connect with randomly and that led to a deal. Ever since then I have been off to the races!

Ryan, Haley, the rest of the FTF team and the community members are top shelf people, and I can't recommend it enough.

My original plan of a few months has been extended to two years in the community and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Joining Fund to Freedom is honestly one of the best moves I've made for this business. I came in wanting to actually understand transactional funding, not just collect buzzwords, and the content here walked me through the real mechanics, EMD, double closes, stack deals, the whole thing.
What I didn't expect was the partnerships. Through this community I connected with the people I now do business with regularly, and those relationships have become the backbone of everything I've built since.
The accountability mattered just as much. It's easy to slow down when you're building solo. Being around people actually doing deals kept me consistent when motivation alone wouldn't have.
Two years ago this was a side project I was figuring out as I went. Now I run a real funding business and I know what I'm doing because of what I learned and who I met here. Solid community, real value. Worth every bit of it!
