Funkhyde Avis 

I have placed an order a month back but the 2 pairs have not yet been delivered. Guess it is a fraud website.

No response from customer support number provided ....after 2-3 weeks when I had to use harsh words did they finally responded ... Finally my product was picked up for refund ... Now no refund given and again no response whatsoever ... Never ordering again from this site ... It's a scam

Really disappointed with their service,they claim that returns are accepted but it's been 5 days since I have been continuously calling them to get the product as ir didn't fit me but no action, seems simply trying to delay so that they can decline the refund

The footwear is really amazing. Exactly as shown in the image. They fit really well!

I am very very happy with the quality of the shoes. Leather is very soft and high quality. Shoes are very trendy, colorful, lightweight, comfortable to feet and sturdy. Pretty colors. Customer service is amazing. Excellent buy.

Firstly, I love that this handcrafted..I have even received images showing my shoe in the making. But above all my God how comfortable the shoes are, and this is coming from me who has recurring problems with shoe fitting across brands be it Indian or international.

Had really smooth experience with the team regarding sizing issue I had n they were brilliant n product is very comfy.

This is my way to try to get in touch with them. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on August 27 and I haven't received my order yet, no change of status from the website, not able to contact them from emails or their WhatsApp. I want my shoes specifically for an event I'm attending and it seems I'll not get them on time.

Writing the review after a month of use. FunkHyde has some very nice products that are very comfortable to wear and is durable. The sandals/slip-ons are perfect for a person like me who is always standing and walking at office. The soft cushion is something I have not seen in flats. The product finish is also commendable. They are well packed and couriered to us. These sandals go well the western and traditional attire. I was a staunch Happenstance user and you have converted me. Pricing is also good. Half the cost of Happenstance. I am planning to pick up these in all colours available...I am waiting for my black soon...it's on its way.☺️ Keep up the good work team Funkhyde

My first purchase was really hasale free including exchange. Immediate response from the company. Excellent quality of sandals. Expecting more collections.

STRONG WARNING: Do NOT Purchase from Funkhyde

I placed an order with Funkhyde on 6th June (Order No. 13239). After a full week of complete silence, I finally received a vague response on 12th June, stating that the order would be dispatched by Saturday or Monday, i.e., 14th or 16th June.

Today is 20th June, and there has been no dispatch, no update, and no delivery. I even dropped a message yesterday, but once again, no one has bothered to respond.

This is not just poor customer service - this is blatant disregard and unprofessionalism. The inconsistency, the silence, and the failure to fulfill basic commitments all raise serious doubts about the legitimacy of this business.

It is beginning to look like a scam, where money is collected from trusting customers, and then communication ceases and orders are never delivered.

I urge everyone to stay away from Funkhyde.
Do not risk your money or your time.
This experience has been deeply disappointing and suspicious.

The worst experience shopping with Funkyhyde. Not only is their customer service absolutely terrible but they withold reverse payments for cancelled orders. Beware of this company
