Funkin Cocktails Avis 3 161

I ordered puree flavours for my use at my wedding almost 10 days ago - I have had a tracking number from Funkin for Yodel. When tracking the package, Yodel tracking online states that the package is 'with sender' and that it is not en route to me.

No contact number for Funkin.

Sent an email to chase this up - No response from Funkin.

Would never order direct from them again.

Not received my order placed in April . No response to several emails . No one answers the phone number on website . No answer on Facebook .

Delivery was late, maybe more to do both the courier you used, but when I contacted your customer services via email. I never got a reply

I would love to review my items, however they never arrived. I ordered in April 28th.
DPD messaged me on the 2nd May to say they couldn't deliver, then another message on the 3rd to say my parcel was damaged and had been returned to the seller.

I contacted Funkin and instead of a response to my query, I received a tracking email to say the parcel was still on it's way with the tracking number that links right back to DPD telling me the parcel is damaged and has been returned to the seller.

No reply to my emails, no response to my FB message, and no idea where my items are or how to get a refund.

I am currently sat 200 miles away from home, on the holiday with friends I was supposed to be bringing the cocktail cartons to, without my drinks, out of pocket and drinking supermarket cocktails instead.

Poor service Funkin.

Generally never have problems but my last order 2 containers had burst I sent pictures of the damage and emails but have had no response from Funkin

Haven’t yet received my order from April have email in a week ago also spoke on the phone yesterday and today and have been waiting for a response via email to which I haven’t received!! My order was for a cocktail event I’m holding tomorrow Saturday 9th May

Wrong products sent. No response to my email and no contact number on website.

We ordered six different flavours to last us the bank holiday weekend. At no point during the ordering process were we informed that anything was out of stock.
We only received two flavours and are still waiting for the rest of the order. I have emailed asking for an explanation and received no reply.
Asking for a review before we even receive our entire order is baffling.

We did not receive the cocktails, they were delivered to the wrong address, we have had no communication from either the delivery company or Funkin about the location of them. We have requested a refund immediately.

Excellent experience - there was a problem with my delivery and customer service responded really quickly and rearranged delivery with an extra item in the package- would not hesitate to use them again. Huge thanks!

This company definitely deserves more than just 5 Stars 💫 the cocktail mixes that they provide are absolutely remarkable and taste better that the ones on the cruise ships and in any bar. They work perfectly with my ninja FS310 which I was pleasantly surprised I will be buying from this company constantly and I’ll definitely recommend them. Absolute delight. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience 💞🙌🏽🥰

amazing delivery and products

The taste of coctail mixers is great. Packaging as last time very poor, 2 of 4 boxes were squized as last time ( last time one of the broke in the box )
