FunTech Ltd (Only in Republic of Ireland) - PARKWAY Avis 8

If I could give a minus I would, had my screen replaced and ever since then I have had numerous problems including hair line cracks, phone did not fall since I got it replaced. As I travel alot thought my gaurantee would cover this. I rang Parkway Branch in LImerick, and dealt with a very ignorant man who refused to give me his name, was extremely abusive before hanging up phone heard him say to someone good job! Actually slammed phone down, claiming screen was fitted properly which clearly it wasnt

I bought a cable for car charger, when I tried it out it wouldn't fit into car charging connector, it was too lose I literally had it out of the box not 2 minutes and carefully put it back in packaging..I went to return it next day with my receipt the staff member took cable out of box and started to exam it and said it was damaged so he can't give me refund..I was shocked there's no way I damaged that cable, made me feel like I was chancing my arm trying to get money back, he kept pointing to a little scuff mark on the cable wire and saying I did that and the damage is not covered under warranty...I was standing my ground because there's no way I did anything...he eventually gave in and gave me a refund but my God I felt like an absolute criminal by the time I left the shop and other customers standing around aswel...beware if ever trying to return something here!

Great staff member the the parkway limerick unclogged my phone for free, he was lovely, will definitely go back there again

Bought 2 generic controllers for ps4 and they are both not working and they didnt give me the money back

They are the most unhelpful humans my kid handed in his phone on the first of December and they said he would have it back within a week to 10 days and it's nearly Christmas eve so my child will have no phone for Christmas

Very poor customer service. Staff member very aggressive when refused to pay for a phone that wasn’t fixed. I can see from previous reviews this is a common occurrence.

I would like to speak to someone in relation to the ignorant treatment the staff gave my 84 yo parents in the parkway shopping center if someone that actually cares about the way staff in this store treats people,you can be dam sure if it were me in that shop it would have went different,Total discrace to say the least,and I want an apology fairly fast or this will be turn into a big social media story

Very poor customer service. Tempered glass on my daughter's phone done very poor. Came off phone an hour later and was told tough by the staff. Very intimidating , 3 male staff. Just laughed.
