Rubbish Paid - no response
Rubbish. Takes your money. 10 minute download - no email. Emailed them - no response. Not what you want when you have just lost your fur baby!!! Thankfully I paid with PayPal. At least I can get my money back!!!!!

My doggo is really skittish with strangers but had no problem with his spa day.

Buttercup shines on.
I lost my dog this summer. It was quick 3 1/2 years old. Brain cancer. Every where I look, I miss her and I see her. She was my best friend. I saw this on Facebook several times. I downloaded my photo and it was cutoff at the top. Not a full photo and have not heard back from this company about correcting it!

The first image you received is exactly the version you selected during the demo. In other words, the final image is consistent with the demo preview you chose.
We only make further adjustments when the Polished Portrait option is selected. In your case, you selected Polished Portrait, so our team created an improved version of your image and sent it to the email address used for your order.
Simply put, the first version you received is the version you selected during the demo, while the second version is the improved version that our team reviewed and refined where necessary.
We kindly ask that you consider updating or removing your review, as it was posted before you had received the improved version prepared by our team.
