Do not trust the pictures! The dress we received was not as pictured. It was pictured as a satin material with sequin on the top. What we got was a satin dress with what appears to be a fake cheap velour top with minimal sequence. I tried to cancel the order and was told “it’s being made and shipping soon”. I looked for the same dress using google image search. This search produced the exact same dress on SHEIN for $50! These dresses are cheaply made, over priced and not the dresses pictured! I also paint $30 to have it shipped quickly for my daughter’s dance which it took 2 weeks for delivery. This dress cost me $198. This website is a scam.

Not returnable. My daughter ordered 2 prom dresses from Furlla, they took over 4 weeks to be delivered and the once we received them we realized the quality was terrible. A size 2 was more like a size 6 or 8, the material and craftsmanship was really low quality. The worst part was that even though the website says you can return, they make it so difficult that we never got any of our money back. They also remove all negative reviews from their website.
