Shambolic to say least
What a carry on.
09/05/19 ordered a marble table from this company. Reserved it with them for us to collect at a later date. We paid the total balance and was assured that its now reserved.
When i enquired about collecting the table we was only advised that its been sold, its next in stock couple weeks.
I thought fine mistakes can happen, i advised them i would pay the additional £30 for delivery. They assured it would be sent out asap, guess what... it never arrived.
Contacted the company they apologised and said it would be out to us following week. Guess what.... it still never arrived. So at this moment we have paid upfront for a marble coffee table to be be reserved, they failed to reserve it firstly, then failed multiple times to deliver it.
The worst part of this whole thing is that currently its taking them over a three months to pay our money back to us. Guess what.... the money still hasnt arrived.
Please do not use this company, these are worse than cowboys. So disgusted with this company i have asked for compensation aswell for the time wasted. Its now the 14/01/20 and we still haven't got our money back. I'm waiting today to see if they call as promised by a lady called Terrie to arrange a refund with compensation, Stay as far away from this shambolic circus that their employees call an organisation.

I had the most stunning table and chairs set off furniture 365 and would just like to say how pleased I am from beginning to finish with the company even the delivery guys they use are so lovely would like to say thankyou and will definitely be using you again and would recommend to friends and family thank you I love love love my table and chairs stunning

Worst company ever con men
Worst company ever con men. They take you money and don’t delivery mess you about make promises that are false I orders on 16/6/19 and had to hound them everyday about delivery then it was cancelled on the day took till 17/7-19 to get part of my deposit back I’m still short 55 pounds. Gerry Barnes md is a con man. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE also another company they go under is uksofa.co.uk
