If it was possible to rate my experience with Furniture ETC a zero, I would. I ordered a sectional from them and it has been two months and I still have not received it. Originally my order was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks, then it was another six weeks. I received an email stating "you're furniture will be delivered to your house in exactly one week". One week later, surely my sectional did not arrive and once I called to see what the issue was, they said it was backordered, once again. I truly do not believe the sectional ever existed. When I placed the order it said nothing about anything not being in stock or even backordered. They sell furniture they don't even have.I cancelled my order and truly believe I made the best choice in doing so, my only regret is that I did it sooner and wasn't couches for two months in a brand new apartment.
On top of that customer service is terrible, they would not compensate me in any way even after delaying my order for 2 months.
I would NEVER recommend this company, do not waste your time!

My whole family loves our new reclining, messaging, heated sectional! My husband especially loves his chilling cup holders! The sectional is very comfortable and we are very happy with our purchase. We will definitely be shopping at ETC furniture again!

This company is the worst I have ever worked with. One of the pieces of the sectional I ordered was not depicted on the website. My only option through them to get a new piece was to return the piece and pay a restocking fee and then re order the new piece at double the original price. Thank goodness I was able to find the replacement at another store for a reasonable price. The customer service people and account manager we completely rude during the whole ordeal.

I bought 2 end tables from furniture etc. They came fast & cheaper than I could have bought them in store. Customer service also answered all questions I had about my order

Awesome place to buy furniture! They were MUCH cheaper than the manufacturer for the exact items. And, shipping was MUCH cheaper for a “white glove” delivery and setup. Was quoted 6-8 weeks upon ordering...but all was installed in 2 weeks. Will use them again.

I ordered a server table to match the table we purchased from Ashley’s. Not only was it cheaper in price then the one listed in the store but it arrived earlier than the stated shipping time frame and I was updated the entire time. The movers were in and out!

I had a great experience with this place. I received my furniture for my girls a little earlier than they told me. I have not had any problems with any part of my purchase. I will use them again if they get a boys bedroom set with a nice desk to match. I am waiting...

Worst customer service. After you make your payment they don't care how long you have to wait to get your furniture. I'm still waiting on mine after almost a month. Whenever I call customer service they never have answers for me. Complete waste of time and money. Rather pay full price elsewhere and get my furniture delivered quickly and in good condition.

I had a great experience using this company to order a sectional for my fifth wheel trailer. They were on time and was able to move out the old and install the new ^_^

I saved over $300 on my sofa from the in store price. Received it in about 6 days from ordering. Delivery guys were nice, professional and did not leave until they were sure I was satisfied.

Very pleased with my new dining set. Solid construction, beautiful piece of furniture. Cushions on chairs are very comfy. I believe it is a piece that will be around for a long time.

Website was easy to use and navigate. Furniture was delivered within 9 or 10 business days and they accommodated our requested date of delivery. They gave a two hour window for delivery and called 15 minutes before arrival. Delivery guys were polite and really nice. Best service I've had for delivery.

We love the couch we received from Furniture Ect. This is the second time we have used them and had no issues. We would for sure use them again!

I came across furnitureetc.com while searching for furniture and notice they had the same one I had seen a store. After reading the reviews I felt comfortable ordering. Ordering was easy and the commuciation was good up to a point. I wish that had informed me to what company would deliver but the delivery company did contact me and arranged for delivery. My order arrived and it was beautiful. I will buy again.

first time ordering a couch online and it is great thanks,no trouble at all

Great product for the price. Very happy with my purchase and I'm enjoying the couch. Would be 5 stars but there is only one bracket holding the couches together and because of that the couches don't line up perfectly on the back side. Fortunately I have a bracket from my old couch and will be putting it on to correct the issue.
