At first I was frustrated, because the timing on the website didn’t seem to be accurate (10-14 days for a full reference sheet when I waited about 20). Then I reached out and asked what had happened, and they were SUPER apologetic! It turns out, through no fault of anyone, my request had been seen but my payment had not, so they hadn’t started work on my piece. The good news is that, as soon as the issue was resolved I got a sheet in almost no time! They gave me a HUGE discount for the trouble, and I honestly love the work that was done. It’s good quality, the customer service is excellent, and they really worked hard to make my vision of my character come to life. As soon as I have a little more “fun money” saved up, I’ll definitely be getting another full reference of my second character!
