Extremely disappointed in this company
Extremely disappointed in this company. Concept is great. Actual product not so much. I bought 4 of these collars for my dogs. There is no consistency from one to the next. The idea is to set a center point with a set radius away from that point. We set up all four collars exactly the same, what we found is the individual collars had completely different points on what that radius was. Acquiring the satellites is also an issue. When you bring them in to charge them, even if leaving them in a window, it can take in excess of 5 minutes to re-acquire the Satellites. We found out the hard way that is too much time and your pet can take off. After 3 days, one of the collars quit working all together. Customer support is not helpful, they try to give you a list of things we have already done\tried. No actual 1 on 1 help with our problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone that cares about their dog.
