Without this option I would not be able to return to study and make the career change I have been hoping for. Really excellent service, with my application being turned around really quickly. Online help was very helpful - have seen some reviews that express that online support is better than over the phone and I definitely found that, the advisors online appeared to have more information and were willing to really go out of their way to support. Hope this level of service continues once I am due to the payments and for paying back.

Simply Horrific Experience so far, their customer service team are simply rude and unhelpful, there is a technical fault with my paperwork (They don't recognise HSBC as a bank on my Direct Debit Form) have had to do the paperwork twice as a result of this. They are not solving the issue it's been a week since I raised this issue.

Simply Inexcusable and inept service from them

EDIT: I received a very passive aggressive email from A Manager (FutureFinance have chosen to censor me to cover up their poor service so had to remove their names) in their complaints department which risked me pulling out my application all together, instead of dealing with the complaint I had she deflected away from the failings of their tech department and made it clear that I wasn't welcome by her by saying and I quote "If you have a problem with our service, staff or product you can always go elsewhere"

Luckily I spoke to a member of staff who was absolutely fantastic in her approach we resolved the issue like grown up and got the technical issue fixed.

WORD TO THE WISE it takes just one bad member of staff to complete erode any relationship within a company. But Also it takes 1 member of staff to rebuild it, if it wasn't for Eve I was prepared to cancel my application

This company is absolutely terrible. Yes it is very easy to sign up & to get the loan during the initial stages however their communication and just the general care for their customers is disgusting.

Unfortunately I am stuck with this company in debt until 2022 (five year loan), with the loan interest increasing yearly.

Without any notice, this company has taken 2 months worth of payment during one month (during this corona virus pandemic - which I am not able to afford to do). I have emailed 3 times with no response regarding the matter. I have spoken once with them over the phone to which the operator informed me that they have issued a refund and should arrive ‘tomorrow morning’. That was a week ago. I am pretty sure a refund, via bank transfer should not take this long.

On top of taking 2 payments during one month, they still managed to take another months payment for this new month without still issuing my refund or responding to any correspondence. I have made a formal complaint and have requested for all correspondence and communications to be forwarded to me.

It is actually ridiculous. Please avoid and find a better company to fund your studies. It hasn’t been worth all these years of debt. This was initially to fund my LPC for £15k and the debt is now atleast £22k (that’s until now only, I can’t imagine what it’s going to be during the next two years). Not worth the stress. It has caused me terrible anxiety. I am now seeking legal debt advice for this matter as I don’t really know what else to do. Please do not let this company take advantage of you. It may seem appealing and manageable at first, but it really is not worth it. Do your research and find a better way to fund your studies !!

Quick. Easy. Simple. I feel so more at ease now that I can focus on my studies. I just wish the communication was improved about costs etc. As a student who is taking out her first private loan a few things confused me.

Borrowing money can be daunting. Future Finance doesn't allow those feelings. They are easy going and quick with their processes.
