Customer service has given me perfect customer service and gone above and beyond to help me out when the mirror I ordered didn’t fit the space halfway through our bathroom renovation. So helpful.
Would order another mirror from them in a heartbeat.

Received while on holiday
I haven’t actually opened my new mirror as yet as am moving house next month and waiting for it to go into the new home but my order arrived in great time and the courier left it in a safe place for us thank you. Am looking forward to actually seeing it set up .. my daughter has one the same who reffered me to you guys and if my mirror is as great as hers then I will be extremely happy.. thank you. Beautiful Piece
True to size and image. Delivery was swift and well packaged. A beautiful mirror that doesn’t overwhelm the room. I have it on the floor but can see a full length image. I would definitely order again form this company

Amazing customer service
I received the first one broken in transit, I sent an email off with photos and they responded asap and sent me a new one! Great customer service and very fast delivery. Mirror is beautiful as well! Would highly recommend buying from them.

Terrific company to deal with
Ordered 2x shaving cabinets as a preorder. Shortly after they were advertised as 30% off with Black Friday sales. Spoke with company and they did not hesitate to refund me the 30% saving (over $600). I was kept informed of any delays with delivery and items delivered as soon as stock was available. Great company to deal with. Cabinets are to be installed over next couple of weeks, so cannot comment yet on quality of products, but I feel very confident that they will be perfect 👌

Their website easy to use, the item I was after was discontinued which was a shame but bought a bathroom mirror which I’m happy with it was out of stock but when in stock future glass delivered immediately very helpful & friendly to deal with.

Great mirror. It came well packed for its arrival in one piece. I ordered as a pre-order and it came when it was expected to come. Overall happy with my experience and would use future glass again.

Still have not had an answer for when I get a refund for the shower screen that never arrived. Now the phone line says contact via email. And you want me to accept your terms and conditions.
