An interesting selection of ski/board apparel, very fast delivery, great service overall
Came across Futureproof.Life while trying to find a specific Ski/Snowboarding helmet by Sweet Protection who don't ship to the UK any more.
It turns out that it's a difficult helmet to find in the UK but Futureproof had it, in my size and at a reasonable price and with a small discount for new customers.
The helmet arrived within 3 days of ordering.
Very happy with the service.

Ski helmet
I ordered a ski helmet but the wrong type. Unfortunately they didn't have the particular helmet i wanted in stock.I informed them via email about my error. They told me it wasn't a problem and to return the helmet.

They are my go to for ordering Mons Royale kit and the delivery is always accurate and timely. It's great that they also have sample items, though the sizes there are understandably more limited.

Amundsen sample sweater
I ordered a sweater (the women's boiled hoodie) from the sample section of the Amundsen collection. I haven't bought a sample before and wasn't sure what I would be getting. The sweater arrived quickly, as new, perfect quality at a really reasonable price! Very happy

Not yet received order or had any communication. Ordered a week ago. Taken money but not responded to any emails. No goods arrived despite saying 3 -4 days delivery. No updates or tracker.

We'd like to clarify that our office closure from 23/12/25 to 12/01/26 was clearly stated on our website prior to ordering. This closure was due to the Christmas period and our team attending a trade show. As the office was closed, we were unable to answer phone calls during this time, although we did our best to respond to emails as quickly as possible.
As communicated on our website, our usual 3-4 day delivery time frame was not possible while the office was closed, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

They don’t accept returns
They have a returns policy on their website, but they don’t accept returns. To start a return you have to email them, and they are meant to respond with instructions, according to their returns policy. I emailed them on the 27th of December, then again on the 3rd of January. It is the 10th of January, and they have still not responded, which means I can’t proceed with the return. Do not buy from them.

We'd like to clarify that our office was closed from 23/12/25 to 12/01/26, meaning there was no one available on site to receive returns during this period. As stated on our website, we kindly asked customers to wait until 12/01/26 before returning parcels to avoid the risk of items being lost while the office was unattended.
The closure was due to Christmas period and our team attending a trade show. While the office was closed, we did our best to respond to emails, though we apologize if our reply took slightly longer than usual.
