Don’t waste your money, the whole program is a scam.

THE ANALYTICA CHART AND POLARITY HAVE MADE THE ABILITY TO SEE THE MARKET A LOT MORE CLEAR AND EASIER TO EXECUTE TRADES. THE 1 ON 1 WITH PETER IS A MUST. HE REALLY HELPED FIX SOME OF MY ERRORS AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE IN ALL ASPECTS OF SETUP AND STRATEGY.

Great team that led me thru step by step. It is a lot of information and I highly recommend using them to help you set up.

The gentleman had a very good understanding of the polarity product and all of it's capabilities. This experience was worth more than the price of admission.

I had a very good experience with the setup. The person who provided the tech support was extremely helpful and patient to answer my questions. The price is very reasonable and I was provided a full hour . I would do this again to insure proper setup and execution of the chart and strategy.

I've had the product for over a year now and although there was some initial bumps learning how to use it proficiently, the AC4+ alone has improved my trading drastically.
I don't use Polarity ATI the same way Connor does, but I have found great success singlearming in regression at key levels I have mapped out beforehand.
Using PolarityATI as a tool to optimize your entries, and taking away the human interaction has increased my winrate to 71% these past few months.

PATI is now in an exciting MachineLearning Beta phase and even though I have not had any particular success with the ML myself, I keep in mind that it is still in a beta phase and that it will only get better from here. And even if it doesn't get better, I have found immense value in static settings PATI and the use of Analytica Chart 4+

This review is for Peter. He really helped me a lot with the installation of the system. I would have never done it without him. I say that this review is for Peter because with the set up videos and PDFs that FA provides it's impossible to set up the system in a way that we can trade successfully the same way that Conor claim to have it. Peter is polite and very experienced in how the system works and how it needs to be set up. So I thank Peter for helping me even though I won't be using it for day trading since doesn't perform the way Conor claims it does. Also, the fact that after buying the program, I had to pay to get it set up I think that the company it's just in it to get as much money as possible from traders.

The software is very confusing and the instructions (video and written) are a mess. They have updated the software many times and have not updated the instructions so that you can easily understand how to get it on NinjaTrader and have it working properly. You probably will find that you have to pay someone to install or set up the software for you. They did not warn me of this and I will not pay for it. Just look at the reviews on Trust Pilot. Most of them are about Peter installing the software…..customers had to pay extra for this service. You don't see this option on the website unless you notice the hidden menu.(hamburger icon) The reason this is necessary is because so many people have so much trouble getting the software up and running. I requested a refund and they have refused.

Some of their customers on YouTube have made videos about their software.   Some of them are experienced traders and have spent many hours using it and testing it.   Most of them are no longer using it because of the poor results they were getting.   This is a common complaint.   Reddit has many complaints and dissatisfied customers as well.   If FA believed in their product,  they would not have any problem standing behind it and issuing a few refunds when requested.     They can easily disable the software to prevent its use after giving a refund. 

Their primary marketing is done through YouTube videos. They would not be getting many orders if their videos did not imply certain expectations and results.  They consistently show their owner making around $5,000 per session which may last 30 minutes or so (some less and some a little more). He uses a huge amount of leverage to obtain these results. If this is not part of the marketing hype, why create so many videos showing similar, fantastic results? Also, some of those who were dissatisfied have said that all negative and critical comments on YouTube were deleted by FA (Futures Analytica). Is that not a red flag?

In the marketing world, especially when it comes to trading products, clever advertising is often used to elicit a purchase. When the results do not live up to the advertising claims (whether stated explicitly or implicitly), the vendor begins to backpedal and insist that they are not responsible for results. It is the game they play. I strongly encourage you to do a YouTube and Google search on Futures Analytica and PolarityATI.

Their refund policy is deceptive. They gave me a $120.00 refund from a $556.00 purchase. This is the first statement in BOLD type on their refund page; “To ensure customer satisfaction and compatibility on your hardware, AnalyticaChart products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. “ Even though the Polarity product operates on their Analytica Charts, they apparently don’t consider it to be an Analytica Chart product…...and will refuse a refund. They hide the fact that they do not refund your money on their Polarity product. It is buried in the next to last paragraph on their refund page. The fact that they do not announce their No Refund policy (on Polarity) as the heading of their refund policy page should tell you something. Polarity is the whole point of buying the software.

If you have already purchased the software and found that you could not install or set it up properly, or it did not measure up to the advertising claims, I would complain to YouTube, your credit card company, the BBB, the FTC, etc… There are plenty of consumer protection organizations out there. A refund policy is meaningless if false and misleading advertising is used to elicit a purchase. At this point, I still have not received a refund for the primary software (Polarity). FA has refused to refund my $436.00. I guess if you sell a product that was marketed before it was ready, the only way to stay in business is to withhold the customer’s money. Buyer Beware!!!

Wow! Guys even those the process to setup the software is pretty cut and dry there are steps and tweaks that it make sense to do the 1 on 1. Pete was great and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He made sure that I was recoding the process to review later if needed and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I am 53 years old and remember when support used to be like this. Today with AI and phone trees not assisting you it's nice to know that customers still matter. Top notch software and support under 1 brand will give you the edge you need. Thank you Pete for making the whole experience one that I will continue to feel good about.

My experience so far has been great! My 1on1 setup experience was outstanding. My installer took the time to explain the steps he was taking and answer my (sometimes naive) questions about Machine Learning. It was very educational.

Pete is an absolute genius. Got me set up and running. I finally got my ML going. I am excited and ready to start with my testing/learning stages with the system.
