Very expensive for not a lot
Very expensive for not a lot! I’ve had to chase for updates and this can take a considerable amount of time to respond. I am still unclear as to what work they’ve actually completed apart from forwarding a couple of emails. In addition to this, confidential documents were sent to the wrong address, this was down to sloppy work and lack of attention to detail. However, they did eventually manage to close the business down. Would I use again? No. Would I recommend? Not for the price and lack of work. If you want regular updates then choose another company.

I can see from the notes on your file, we responded to all of your enquiries – often on the same day. As we have multiple clients we are not always able to respond immediately to our clients questions. Regarding your comment on our lack of attention to detail, the letter you refer to in your review was sent to your business address as this was the address we had on file. We promptly sent the letter to the creditors address once we had this information. I can only apologise for this error and any issues this may have caused you. I can assure you the team here have spent a great deal of time on your case. We sent regular updates during the time when Companies House stop processing cases due to COVID-19. We are still dealing with creditors relating to your business, even after your business has been dissolved.
To clarify the work that we completed for you is as follows:
-Verification of your identification.
-Changed your business address to the registered address of Future Strategy in Plymouth
-Completed a statement of affairs and balance sheet.
-Written to HMRC and all other creditors explaining why you have ceased trading.
-Dealt with all correspondence relating to the closure of your business
- Successfully dissolved your business
Again, we are sorry you feel like you didn't get value for money.
