Absolutely pawsome
From customer service, to ordering, to the package and even to the products, I love fuzzballs. The products are high quality and even better in reality then the pictures. The way everything is packaged is stunning with the cute tissue paper but also secure so your goodies will arrive in perfect condition. The website is easy to use and so much fun to look at. And should you need them, the customer service is amazing. Your not going to passed off to someone in a call centre in the middle of nowhere. Should you need them you will be treated to the full vip treatment. They are simply pawsome
