I seem to have had the same experience with this company as many others. Waited 2 months for the sandals to arrive which were the wrong size. Emailed company who refused to send a returns address as they insisted they had sent the right size. I sent copy of my order, photo of packaging clearly showing wrong size and a copy of their own size chart. They still insist they had sent the correct size. The only contact appears to be by email. Has anyone been able to get a returns address? I should have read the reviews on website first!

Ordered from here in January, disputed the non arrival with PayPal who were satisfied when they received a tracking number which has now been shared with myself and shows the items were delivered to the wrong address! Won’t answer emails avoid as I’ve just lost 25pounds!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered 2 pairs sandals beginning February. Sent me a tracking number to discover they had been delivered to someone else as per the Post Office. Have emailed asking for refund - still waiting on a reply and refund for 3 weeks

OMG what a shambles. I've tried to get refund as I ordered size 9.5 and they sent a 41. But they won't have it. I've even sent them photo proof that it says uk9.5 wide but I got plastic shoes and it cost me £30 for 2pair. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME ASWELL. Beware of advertisements on Facebook. What a con. Absolutly disgraceful. Say they are in Germany they arnt they are in China. Paid £50 plus shipping for 2 pairs of orthopedic sandles. They are plastic rubbish and only received one pair which smell of god knos what. Dont kno how they are still allowed to trade. DISGUSTING.

My sandals arrived after waiting 8 weeks and sending 4 e-mails in a Grey plastic bag size ok but they are no way orthopedic sole as no softness in it no breathing hole just flat and your feet slide in them .

Do not order from this company,ordered a UK size 3 in black they sent a size 43 in blue got in touch they do not have a returned policy,and cannot get money back my son in law is a lawyer and will be looking into this company.

Wish I could give zero star!!!!stay away from this company.ordered some sandals uk size 6 they sent size 4.after 10 weeks of waiting & numerous emails later still no joy.so I've ended up with sandals that don't fit anyone in my family & £30 down!!!

Terrible company. My sandals arrived after many weeks, they were shoddy and too small, although I ordered my normal size. They are refusing a return/refund or exchange as they sent the size I ordered. Have exchanged many fruitless emails with them. Today they offered $3 compensation! Please avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all cost, this company is a scam. My sandals arrived today like others were in a grey bag smelling of chemicals no invoice. Took 3 months to arrive after loads and loads of emails. Stated free shipping when I purchased then they had the cheek to take £5.00 taxes on top of cost of sandals. The quality is so cheap as if they were from the £ shop 😩 no way are they orthopaedic! So please please avoid.

Avoid at all costs ....item arrived almost 3 months later after chasing with emails...arrived in grey bag, smelling of oil and no invoice or receipt. The item is very cheaply made , and they sent wrong size so very small and definitely not ‘orthopaedic’ ...this item is dangerous to wear anyway as the soles are made of very slippy lightweight plastic type materials and appear as though stitched in minutes ....with very fake leather type material that is not even lined or as shown in photographs ...colour is terrible ...and after searching since on these reviews ....the item is made somewhere in Philippines or even China ...as it has eastern writing on ...which would be of no problem to me if the item was good quality ....I supposed to get free postage however this was added on and so my item of rubbish cost £24.99 .....feel like an idiot as I never usually buy online unless from a reputable website ....it looked legitimate....however ....it is a scam . Please DO NOT BUY .

Wish I had checked this company before ordering from them. My story is exactly the same as most of your reviewers. The items have been ordered and never received. I have emailed them several times only to be told that the goods have been dispatched. I saw this item on Facebook and since I had ordered some goods from a similar advert on Facebook the previous month never considered it a scam. The other items were from a company in Europe and they kept me informed and the goods were delivered without any problem. Glad people are warning others not to fall for this scam. Really annoying.

Stay well away from these scammers. Pictures look lovely but what you actually get is such bad quality it is not fit to wear. Came across them on Facebook . Don’t know how they are allowed to get away with this false advertising . They must be making a fortune.

Absolute scam! Purchased sandals which were never delivered. Made a dispute through PayPal but still no joy as apparently proof of delivery with tracking was given. What a load of bull. They never arrived at my address. AVOID!!

Dreadful service,waited 5 weeks for delivery despite several emails .Company shows as German but products are shipped from China !
Sandals are very badly finished and i had to cut one of the straps to fit through the buckle. Do not recommend these people at all .

If there was a zero star option, I'd be giving it that. No email to say dispatched, when I queried it I suddenly got an email saying that it was dispatched. The link took me to a site in Chinese. After 2 weeks no update so I emailed again and then the link changed to delivered. I emailed to say it wasn't delivered as someone is always in and got no reply. I then tried to raise a dispute on PayPal and they have another email address. Emailed that, was sent the link with the tracking number, even though I clearly stated I had all this info and it was wrong. When I replied, nothing. Thanksfully Paypal sorted a refund quickly.

This is definitely a scam. Company gave me a tracking number number which showed as delivered. Royal Mail confirmed that it was someone's else's address on the tracking number. But PayPal are siding with them as they provided the tracking details. Now having to escalate through my bank to get the money back. Avoid them at all costs!

Do not buy from this company! I have not received my order and just get fobbed off when I ask for a refund! REPEAT -DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Whatever you people do, don’t buy from this company. Totally Fraud and Scam! They are total robbers and stealers! 😡 I brought a shoe from here and I haven’t received it. They took my money and I have emailed them several times but no response. We should take legal action as it is our right! In the first place, I should of read these reviews before buying. At least we all learn from our mistakes. JUST DON’T BUY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT MERCHANTS!!
