At best, FWM are completely dishonest, but more like fraudsters, in my view.
They are not regulated for use in the UK. Despite agreeing to close my account and return my investment with profits made (and even sending me a confirmation email) I have not received the funds (3 working days later).
When I spoke to their 'Senior Financial Officer' on the phone she tried to get me to download an app to gain access to my phone as it was "up to me to prove that the funds had not arrived" and "was I trying to con them out of the money?" Yes, you read that correctly....unbelievable.
Please do yourself a favour, and do not waste your time and money on this scam.
DO NOT INVEST!!

I contacted the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and got the following response (I have had to remove emails and web addresses to allow posting. coin-elco is the company that managed FWM, according to FWM's website);

Please note that Fidelis Wealth Management is on the warning list since 27 October 2023, see Fidelis Wealth Management | FINMA. It is mentioned there that Fidelis Wealth Management is not registered in the Swiss trade register (Companies house).

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you to recover any losses you may have incurred. You must claim your financial loss by suing the providers under civil law. If you suspect a criminal offense, you must lodge a complaint with police or a prosecutor's office. As a supervisory authority, FINMA has neither civil nor criminal jurisdiction.

Nevertheless, we invite you to study our website and, which describes FINMA’s role in consumer protection.

To complete: also the website coin-elco is on our warning list.

We hope that our response clarifies the situation.

Such a great place to get started as a trader.

I had a bad experience with 2 different companies - where the main issue was the withdrawal process. After I have received my first money from FWM I understood that they are leaders on the market - 30 minutes and all funds are in my bank account. Thank you guys!

I have been looking of the account for over a year, found myself with FWM. I was hoping to see a high growth right away but unfortunately to make a tones of money you need to have a good amount invested. Not giving up and my financial advisor suggested me the way i can see it is improving. Will see how it goes for a while.

I would prefer to have given zero star rating. This company is not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. Look it up. When I tried asking the Fidelis Wealth Management website helpdesk about withdrawing, they did not respond. Any decent company responds to their Helpdesk Contact Us. I am about to report this company to Action Fraud. My 'expert adviser', Adelle, was angry when I asked how to withdraw my initial deposit and cancel. She did not phone me, as arranged, and has not been in contact since. There is no way to cancel as the Fidelis Wealth Management Helpdesk does not respond either.

I'm finally done with the poor life at the age of 74!!!

Creating this acc was the best thing i did in 2022. Not only i have been making good money with my broker from Fwm, but taking money back into my acc is as easy as accepting a E-Transfer into my personal acc which takes minutes to do! Thank God for my broker John.

Thank you FWM and the great team! Not only did I pay off my car loan but this autumn I was able to afford a nice holiday and help my son to take a mortgage. Personally I admire my account manager Mark! It's superb financial journey of our lives.

UPDATE, 5/11/2023 this company harasses you and tells you that you are manipulating the company and abusing them . Not normal behaviour is it …. They struck a deal with there “Manager” and wanted it verbal agreed from me and I asked for it In writing and email , they will waver the fees if I give them my bank account number ……..as long as I pay them after and take this down ….. why would I it’s a scam , funny how every number they use is different and now has become a London number ,

You nasty evil people how can you all sleep at night ruining decent humans lives ! What a great reply trying to not be the victim, I am the victim!

funny how there are no new fake reviews and how no one has drawn money out , but if they had my money like any real company they would of returned the money sent over , and This company is a scam you are all fooled just like me ! No trading company makes this amount of return ever , Have any of you drawn money out without an invoice showing the fees… plus cyber fees and the bonus fees and then refuse to pay it ? Have any of you had any confirmation of anything legal via email ? There emails are porly written also and I demanded I had one for the withdrawal which was shocking how it was written , You wait for the calls and the way they turn and then put the “account manager” to call you after agreeing to pay just the trading fees and then she is completely unaware of this , email them , try call them back …. No reply and No calls can go out to them there excuses are there so busy . . They stole a lot of money off me . They made me believe this was all real . I asked for my money back and nothing . They make you believe it’s real , all your reviews are fake and none of you are withdrawing money funny that ! , wait for the reviews after this , I feel for you all who are in my position for real and got caught in this , so do your research again and your heart will sink , ring all the right companies to ask about them , it’s literally ruined me , they are very clever in what they do but believe me they are a scam , the trading account is made real and everything you do you feel is real but Google them … they do not come up , action fraud and the police know they are a scam . Stop all of you . Ask for your funds back and DO not send anymore money to them . They also responded to the bad reviews and then call you to ask to take it down and they will add credit to your fake account. Your “broker” is not his real name they are all fake and scammers , it has been on bbc how they are getting us all wanting to make life better ! I fell for it and now a big fight financially to get any recovery . Banks will not take responsibility so you need a special recovery company to help but do not get scammed doing this also as they then hassle you . Do not send any money upfront to anyone . And so not believe anything they say when you question this , they are pros at this . Save yourselves now

A deal from my broker who I blocked said they will pay all the funds into my account if I give them my account details,on the verbal agreement I pay them after and take my review down , why can’t they just send the funds back ? Why is they know the account has been shut down because of the scam

My humble apologies to Fidelis Wealth Management, as they clearly pointed out to me that they were not the ones calling me and it is a company in UK. My new rating is for how well they responded to my complaint with dignity and respect even after I might have been rude. I would definitely invest with them.

Having an account manager is a blessing. Personal investment plan, assistance in any part of trading experience and more personal approach depending on your needs. That's what I got by working with my broker and golden account.

I have been trading with FWM for a while now dough I have only made small deposit I find the site to be reliable, also have made withdrawal and find it reliable in that area as well

This is not my first experience so I have something to compare with. The best service in Fidelis is their AL development! They helped me minimize the risks with the right strategy. Right place for investment for a long term!

Frankly speaking, I haven't spent a lot of time choosing a brokerage. I just opened a list of brokers and have chose, literally, the first one I saw. That brokerage was FWM and now I'm trading with it for 2 years already. Was my choice the best? I don't know, as I never tried other brokers. But I know for sure that I never had any regrets about my choice.

I have acquired a gold account in the beginning of the year with FWM and it's been great!.. I was looking for a different bank to making money because I had similar account called ISA with my bank and every time I checked I was making no money OR I was in a loss. With FWM my account is always looking good.

It's OK, decent company.

I paid my mortgage and helped my grandchildren. I didn't believe in this platform but thanks to the genius of my account manager and my own discipline - I reached £1500 level monthly. I was a bit disappointed that the money arrives in the bank weekly (but daily would be more convenient). FWM please consider your customers so that they can withdraw their money on a daily basis rather than weekly or monthly.
