Get latency 3ms and sometime 5ms, but it is Ok. As qas worse with others that I tried. I give 5star for excellent support services that they provide. Seen some recent bad review but again depends on the user too, for understanding and using it in fare policy. Will review again if find any laxk of services in future.

I ordered their basic package for low cost per month and running 2 MT4 for almost 8 months. Very good support and response. Recently I have upgraded my VPS plan to another because of my extra need. I thought I might lose my data on my previous server. Within 20 minute they just migrated my all stuff to another wow. Really appreciate their service at this rate!

Last some month I am using fxvpspro vps plan and it's really working fine. The latency really low and optimized. Awesome support and very reasonable price.

This company is a joke. Please be warned. They don't deliver the products that I bought. I'm already waiting for 10 days for the trade copier that they would put on my vps and I paid for it.
After 10 days still nothing and ask me to wait 24h again for a call with an expert. Please guys it's a trade copier ea not rocket science.

Had to change this from 5 stars to 1; I think the management changed or the company will be closing soon because the service has moved from "great" to "non-existent". If you have important data with them I strongly suggest you back it up because they have a tendency of wrongfully suspending a paid account because payment didn't reflect. And when they eventually respond to your request to open an account, they don't even offer an apology.

Terrible service, brought 1gb package and vps kept freezing contact customer support asked for a refund they said i should be using the 800mb package, but i said i got the 1gb package so why is it freezing, refusing to refund so going through paypal now, avoid!!
