I had an unusual request. The staff communicated very well and made up for any delays (that were actually not their fault. These are fairly expensive items and one needs to have some confidence that they will follow through.

I purchased a bracelet and it was great, a little inconvenience happened and I had to get my bracelet fixed, when it arrived I was stunned by the beautiful craft they customized for me. I will be buying more of these products for sure. Be not afraid as the quality is high and it is worth every dollar spent.

This team is full of stars! I found them on an internet deep dive for Jade jewelry — my now husband and I were on the hunt for red Burmese Jade for our wedding bands and they came thru for us! They were able to cut a jem and shape to our ring sizes and send off in the States. Great communication, so friendly and always willing and able to go above and beyond!

Thank you so much for the gorgeous pendant! I ordered it to wear on my wedding day after a similar necklace I had which had sentimental value was stolen a week before the wedding. I’ve contacted the seller after ordering, hoping for speedy delivery and Parth was absolutely wonderful and helpful, updating me every step of the way. It arrived in only 3 days! And just in time for our special day :)
