I have bought few games from them, and had problems with every other order! At least they solved the earlier issue, but this time, their customer service is just rude and pathetic to me, and are NOT WILLING TO GIVE me a REFUND or the SAME GAME at least!
I bought Rise of The Tomb Raider for XBox One and after a week, the game had been removed from the account. I contacted microsoft from that account and they said, the purchase was cancelled due to Fraudulent activities.
Their customer service rep Ewa gave me a voucher worth Eur 19 which i had paid initially for getting the game. Now the game costs more in their website! It costs Eur 29.99!
It costs ony Eur 12 from microsoft store right now!
ALL THEIR GAMES COSTS MORE THAN MICROSOFT STORE RATES RIGHT NOW!!
This is their current fraud practice, selling games for cheap initially and increasing its rate later, and gives a refund in terms of vouchers and asking us to PAY EXTRA AGAIN!
All I'm asking them is to give the same game again, or at least give me a refund in terms of original mode of payment, refund it back to my paypal account!
They stopped replying to my emails and stopped replying through facebook messages as well!
I'm done using their fraud website who scam all their buyers!

honestly they are awful, please stay away. they take your money and dont send keys

Fast and save, but the problem after 3-4 weeks the Account is (banned) or something and the (game) software is locked my example for PS4 software.

I have bought Rise of the Tomb Raider for Xbox One on 10/8/2016. I have only selected one game, but now am noticing that they made 2 orders for it and i checked my bank statement and they have debited the money twice!
The problem doesn't end there. I got two accounts from that purchase, i tried one of it first, but it didn't have any game on it. I searched specifically for Rise of the Tomb Raider from Xbox Store from the console itself and using a web browser, It's showing as "buy" it. The game is not available in that account, so i went to email your customer care about this problem and that's when i found, I got 2 orders for one! So anyway, i have mailed you, but till now, no response. So i checked with that second account, hoping i will get the game from this account, but same, no Tomb Raider game!! I'm very disappointed with your website. The first order for Forza Horizon 2, went perfectly and i got a perfectly working account. But the second order created a duplicate order and took my money twice and i didn't get the game that i paid for! I want a working account for my order., and i want one duplicate order to be cancelled and i want my money back. Do this before i got for PayPal claim!
Both of the below orders are for the same game and i have not ordered 2, so remove one order and give my money back and give me a working account

Ich warte schon seit über ner halben Stunde auf meinen Horizon 3 Account..

So I purchased a copy of UFC2 from GK4, and followed the login instuctions.

Downloaded and played for a few days before the PSN network blocked access.

I then contacted GK4 who responded with new login details.
I got kicked from this after 1 minute.

The following two login details I have been sent from GK4 simply do not work. PSN fails to recognise them.

.... and so I wait for GK4 to respond once again for the 5th time.

Purchased the game in May and have only been able to play for one week. Ridiculous!

Bought what I expected to be a redeem code for Xbox One - looks like an account method which will not work. Avoid. Have asked for a refund but not expecting one - not response as yet.

NO REFUND OFFERED AND TOLD ME I WAS ONLY USER EVEN THOUGHT THE SCREEN SHOTS CLEARLY SHOWED REGISTERED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. AUTHORITIES HAVE BEING PASSED INFO AND PAYPAL. . ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT LEAVING YOU OPEN TO PROSECUTION FOR FRAUD. A

Sold me an invalid and already used code, then implying I was lying and should get proof (time stamp) from steam-support.
Steam tells you they will not assist you with problems resulting from third party purchases.

Yeah, nice rip-off - hope that not too many more will fall for that.

Tried to order fallout 4 for xbox one; misread the sale description, assumed instant shipping... no. Ok so I try to cancel the order BEFORE I had received ANYTHING aaaaaaaand no response... fast forward THREE DAYS; I'd already gone out and bought a hard copy of fallout, canceled the other order so all's good yeah?... NO!
These scam artists shipped the game, which I stated I didn't actually want and charge my account. I bring this up with their "customer services" department, which after further obtusely ignoring my plight for a week strait tell me basically to bugger off. Still no refund and I have still yet to touch the copy they "sent" me.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS SITE! YOU HAVE NO FORM OF BUYER PROTECTION AND THEY WILL USE IT TO THEIR ADVANTAGE!

I ordered two games for my son and released they were the
wrong products. i tried to get a refund and they wouldnt. I then asked for help and advice on the game codes and no one has replied to my last two emails.

Very pleased with my transaction, everything took a maximum of 5 minutes & everything went smooth & saved a lil bit of money as well.

i brought GTA V for Xbox one and got given all the information i was promised. an email ID and a Verification email little did they no that the verification email doesn't exist... I cant verify the normal email and therefor cant download my game! also to make things even better they dont reply!

I bought the last Destiny game on ps4 and I got completely ripped off. They announce that we will receive a key via email, which is not true. They send the information of an account with the game on. When we contacted them, they say that it is written clearly that this is the method. It's so clear that you have to dig to find out, because right next to the price it's written a key, even the e-mail they send you the title ils here's your key, not an account informations and on top of that, they charged me to an address in Germany. They never asked me my address, I live in Canada !!!!!! The problem with the fact they send you an account is that they can claim it at any time, it's them they have opened the account, they have the informations and can claim it stolen to Sony and resell it back afterwards. This site is to be avoided. DO NOT TRUST GK4 !!!!!! I am in dispute with them through PayPal, and I'm looking forward to get my money and so I can buy my product elsewhere and enjoy it. Go check by yourself it's written key, not account. I see that they're not cooperative an slow when it's about refund and dealing with Paypal, but when a bad review comes out they flagged it within minutes. You are terribly lame G4K.
