AVOID!!! Ordered 1 week ago and delivery was meant to be DPD next day. Still not been sent. No reply to any emails. Now having to raise a chargeback with my bank!! Terrible way to run a business

I placed my order on a Thursday and there was 1 item on back order. I received a quick response and correction to my shipping charges and my order shipped on Friday and I had it in hand on Monday - I'm in the US. My order was as expected and I'll definitely order from here again.

A great place to get a wide selection of sweets and treats from back in the days and the new ines too.
The service is very professional and have some thing for everyone, From the regular sweets to sweets that are vegan, halal sweets.
When you have people that see each customer as an individual not just the money that's coming in makes you want to spend your money there time and time again.

Item came, with the ‘sealed’ bag that the sweets are suppose to come in ripped completely open into the brown delivery bag, quite disappointing and a waste of money as I will now not be eating them.

Was looking forward to trying the traditional frosties and now that experienced has been quietly ruined.

Please just ensure the sealed bags that the sweets come in are closed & not torn, as no one wants to eat the sweets after they have fallen into the delivery bag that could be dirty and dusty.
Disappointed.

Gaffney Sweets and treats have really upset me on TikTok I sent them a lovely message apologising for upsetting them on messenger and then they block me don’t worry I am going to ban their TikTok account for bullying I don’t need this I tried to be nice and apologize I don’t need someone blocking me cause they aren’t nice and won’t accept someone’s apology i already going through a lot with my anxiety🥺🥺🥺🥺😞😞😞😞
