The owner/manager was awesome to work with. He is kind and professional in person and was happy to talk about hobbies with me! He’s in it for the love of the game. Will definitely do business with GTP again in the future.

Great staff

Had a mix-up, but the owner fixed it instantly - 10/10 Service!
I honestly had a bit of a panic when my package arrived because the packaging was confusing (holiday rush happens!). I thought I received the wrong order, but the owner personally called me within minutes to explain the situation. He was super transparent, kind, and clearly cares about his customers.
In a hobby full of scalpers and bots, it is so refreshing to deal with a real human being who actually wants to help. Mistakes happen, but how you fix them matters most. Highly recommend this shop for the vibes alone. Happy Holidays!
