This was a trip of a lifetime. Our time in the boat was incredible. The tour guide Eduardo and the crew on the ship were amazing, very attentive to details. From our room cleaning to the food to the help with the equipment, pangas, etc. We did have issues with our bookings though with Galapatours. They did get sorted but maybe shouldn’t have happened in the first place. We were booking the exact same as our friends and this was mentioned in quite a few emails yet when they got their final itinerary it was different from ours, our Galapagos fee, the $200 wasnt included it said or the $20 fee. Theirs was included. A couple of emails later ours was included too. Also our flight leaving Galapagos was booked on a different day. Like I said it all got sorted but it was just extra steps that shouldn’t have happened. Overall a fantastic trip. Highly recommend

The lack of communication between Galapatours operators and its customers is a primary reason why I would not recommend using this tour operator. The lack of response to questions from the early onset was concerning and rather alarming and was to the point that our friends in Equador were reaching out to the boat owners to ensure that we were in fact booked. The company lacks the basic understanding of customer service.
