Loved Galaxy cruises. Galapatours worked out well but it is usually a day or 2 before you hear back and at first I was not receiving any answers. When the emails came they were good. It would have been nice to know that Galaxy has someone at the airport in Quito and Baltra to help you. This was very helpful. Wonderful experience.
