Hands down BEST medical service ever
I live in a town that the medical care has a reputation of being sub par at best. When my insurance told me about Galileo I went in with the mindset of “if can’t be any worse than what I have seen locally”. After I experienced Galileo I can honestly say that they are a night and day type of difference from my local medical care in the town I live in. My doctor with Galileo actually took the time to listen to my concerns, listen to what does and doesn’t work for my treatments, and was able to get me the treatment and referral I needed to handle my issue at hand much more effectively than any local doctor ever has. I recommend Galileo doctors to everyone. Not only are they knowledgeable but they also put your care first before anything else. I loved my first visit with my Galileo Dr so much that I have since moved my primary care over to her because I know that I can trust her to take care of my health properly.

Very straightforward and easy to use
Very straightforward and easy to use. I was able to be seen SO quickly and was prescribed medication to deal with my ongoing lung infection and it has helped immensely. I'm so glad a friend of mine suggested this to me, because my work schedule plus childcare is too crazy to try to get to see a doctor in person.

First-time user of Galileo - Very Nice Experience
I wasn't feeling well and my local physician was booked and unable to schedule an appt for me to come in. So I decided to try Galileo, I wasn't sure what to expect being a first-time user, but it was easy and quite quick. I filled out the appropriate forms, provided some details of my symptoms and submitted my info. Within about 20 mins, a doctor had reviewed my case file and contacted me via video chat.
I was feeling like garbage, so being able to 'see' the doctor, discuss my health concerns and get diagnosed from the comfort of my own home was wonderful. On top of that, the whole process was super easy! Galileo is conveniently available 24/7 and best of all, it didn't cost me anything additional :). Win-win!
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c my medical concern was fairly minor; I am not sure how a conference call medical appt would work for a more severe health concern. Otherwise, this experience was really great!

All my needs were addressed
All my needs were addressed. I had a 20 min appointment actually talking with a dr not just waiting in a room for a a 2 minute visit like I am used to. It was a good experience and his I N going to do my primary care from now on .
