Hi Nik, thanks for your feedback. It is unfortunate that this particular issue lasted longer than expected, our technicians work as fast as physically possible when resolving IT issues, naturally due to the nature of the problem some do take longer to resolve than others.

Excellent websites and on-going IT support
Gallery has designed and built two websites for us and both projects have exceeded expectations, meeting the brief with excellent designs and functionality and within a reasonable budget. On-going support is excellent. The way the website was built has made it easy for me to understand how to up-date it myself. We also use Gallery for our on-going IT support and issues are always resolved quickly.

Gallery's great strength is their friendly staff team and very speedy response to problems. We are not the easiest of customers. They may not always be able to fix the problem but they go away and hunt down the answer.
They managed our migration to azure and office move smoothly so there were no problems or interruptions to our service.
Four stars is a pretty good score from me as I rarely give top marks for anything!
