Galley Bay 2020
We have stayed at Galley Bay 20 times and each year it just gets better and better. This year we wondered if we would make it but despite our travel company trying to stop us we made it just before the second lock down in the UK came into force. We spent 20 wonderful days on the Island of Antigua and at Galley Bay. This Resort treats you like family and the staff are always happy and will do what ever it takes to make your stay that little bit special. The accommodation is of a very high standard and the food is just fantastic. This year we experienced not only the effects of Covid 19 which did not effect our holiday as the Resort had all the precautions in place to make our stay safe, but we had a tropical storm which dropped some 16 inches of rain in 24 hours, which did lead to some flooding on the resort but through out the storm and the following day the resort continued run smoothly almost if nothing had happened. This is down to the Management and Staff. We are already booked for November 2021 by which time we hope things will have returned to some where near normal. If you want a holiday in the Antigua then this must be the resort to chose!!!
