Nearly set on fire
Hi
I emailed yesterday and haven't heard anything. Plugged into a trusted socket and started smoking and then tripped out the power in the room. I was worried a fire was going to start. I have ordered the boosters 3 times through zone.
1. Didn't work
2. Worked fine
3. Started smoking and nearly set on fire

Dear Customer,
You have already been refunded, we apologise fo the inconvenience.
Unusual payment method led to delays and difficulties with refund
Unusual method of payment of paying a third party via bank transfer. Made payment instantly. No acknowledgement of payment. No item sent. I had to go through lots of rigmarole to receive a refund.
In hindsight - always ensure standard payment methods with debit / credit cards used and then this would have probably been fine.
