Fabulous. Ordered a pre-ordered game in August and received it this week well in time for Xmas. Didn't take my money either unlike other game suppliers until it was dispatched. Came with a handwritten thank you note too. Will definitely order from them again. Thank you Gamers@Hart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was quite skeptical at ordering something from a company/site I had never heard from before. However after reading these reviews I went for it. I ordered a Pokémon advent calendar for my son at the cheapest price I could find (without going down the rabbit hole of fake and frauds that is eBay) and the customer service was flawless. Email updates at every stage, very well packaged, quick delivery and a really nice hand written note included. I don’t usually write these reviews but felt like it was necessary to reflect the service provided. Will 100% be using them again in the future

Bought off here for the first time as they were the only place selling what I wanted that offered free delivery when spending over a certain amount. This website ended up being cheapest for the item anyway, regardless of postage.

My package arrived very quickly and was perfectly packed. It also had a note about how all the packaging is compostable, which I thought was a nice touch. The note was signed by Peter, who thanked me for my order.

I found the game I wanted quickly, clicked the quick buy button, filled in all my details, clicked purchase and I was done. I didn't have to create an account or sign up to newsletters, there were no unnecessary form fields, quick and easy.

Exemplary service at an unbeatable price. When I saw what they were asking compared to their peers I feared some kind of scam but lo and behold the item was delivered in good time and well protected for the journey in fully recyclable/compostable packaging. I’ve used this shop a couple of times and always have a very positive experience. Orders are processed quickly (this one was shipped the same day - Friday - and arrived early Monday morning). Also for an independent shop their pricing is very competitive with some fantastic sales from time to time. Highly recommend.

Found this website online while looking for a specific product that was out of stock everywhere else. Not only was this place cheaper than everywhere else delivery was also free. Packaging was nice as it kept my item safe while also being renewable. Arrived very quickly also with a hand signed thank you note. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, they seem like a great company. I ordered a Kickstarter game (Canvas Deluxe) on Pre-Order in September 2023 (for those of you who Kickstart, note the Kickstarter estimated delivery was August 2023!), mainly because I'd missed the actual Kickstarter as I hadn't heard of the game at that point. Gamers@Hart don't debit your account when you order if you're ordering a pre-order, only once the game arrives in store, so I gave my card details and waited ...

... and waited ...

Now waiting is something you get used to on Kickstarter, but let me tell you, it's a lot less stressful when you haven't already paid for the game, rather than when you paid for the game on Kickstarter, and it doesn't deliver on time, and you eventually start worrying if the project will ever materialise ... and sometimes it never does, but I digress ...

I was notified that the game arrived at Gamers@Hart on the 27th December, the money was duly drawn from my account, and the game arrived, well packed and promptly (on the 28th or 29th).

Seriously, in terms of board games, if I ever fancy another one off Kickstarter (and I've ordered a few in my time!) the first thing I'll do is check whether Gamers@Hart have it on pre-order, and if they have I'll order it from there instead - well priced, well packed, free delivery on orders over £20, and so much less stress ...

They're now my Friendly (not-so) Local Game Store!
