Although I was not happy with the…
Although I was not happy with the colour and texture of the print (to me it looks like an iron on transfer) they refunded me. I would buy from them again, but only other items they sell. I was told that I was the only one to say about being unsatisfied about their t shirt, but it looks and feels, like an iron on, and after a few washes the print will come off.
I wash all my t shirts inside out in a cold wash.
I was happy with the out come and I was willing to post the t shirt back to them. The t shirt it's self was of good quality it was just the print I wasn't happy with. It's supposed to be white and not a yellow 'gone off colour, Welcome To The Pleasure Dome' by FGTH, it's an icon album cover,tbh.
In reply: you told me to keep the t shirt, I still have it, and if you send me a pre-paid returns label I'd gladly send it back to you. My dad was a colour printer fir Burnham Coopers in Birmingham. I did print screening at Art college in Walsall Art. There is also someone else in May who left a review commenting on about their t shirt too.
I've had 4 e mails asking for feedback, and now I have left you feedback. I stand by what I have written. Yes you did refund me I stated that!

I am sorry you have left us this review even though we refunded you and let you keep the shirt.
We have never had anyone complain about the print coming off any of our t shirts and we have been in business 30 years. The technology has advanced dramatically and although you thought it was iron on it was in fact an expensive process called DTF, which a lot of firms use. The 'poor' colour of the print comes from any of the numerous images of the album on Google - none of which are white. warm wishes Tina
The Trustpilot request is automatic I am sorry you received it 3 times. If the time was taken to wash the garment you would find that the printing will not wash off. Screen printing is one of the oldest methods but still used for contract printing not small family business's who print to order, which is what we are now following Covid. We do not wish for you to send the t shirt back but wash it and you will find it is durable. Warm wishes Tina

High quality customised clothing
Always a bit dubious when ordering from somewhere for the first time. Delivery times was reasonable and the quality of the hoodie and t-shirt are great, couldn’t be more pleased, thank you!

A patch not a print
I thought this would be a proper TShirt print but it was essentially an iron on patch that I suspect will fall to bits in a few washes. Disappointing to be honest.

I am sorry do not like it but it is an expensive DTF print which is a digital process but instead of it going directly onto the garment it goes onto a special film, it is a proper t shirt! You are entitled to return it if you are not happy or at least contact us. It washes more than 60+ washes and will not fall to bits. I have had customers coming back after more than 24 months asking for a new one if it is not still listed.

I'm in the US and this order came from…
I'm in the US and this order came from the UK and I am so surprised how fast it got to my house.
No more than 2 weeks since I placed the order and I wasn't expecting it for at month.
Also my sweatshirt was of the highest quality and worth every penny.
I have never been so satisfied with an online purchase and I'm not even exaggerating.
