Should have read the Trustpilot reviews. Bad quality. Terrible returns policy. They kept trying to delay the return. Sent it back only for it to reappear at my door months later. Do not buy from here!

I had a terrible experience with this company. The product I received was of shockingly poor quality, with materials that felt cheap and sizes that were completely inaccurate. What’s worse, their return policy is practically non-existent. They make it nearly impossible to return anything, hiding behind vague policies and unresponsive customer service. I tried contacting them multiple times, only to receive generic, unhelpful replies—if any at all. To top it off, they expect customers to pay for expensive international shipping back to China, which costs more than the item itself. It feels like they’re counting on people giving up rather than going through the hassle. This company does not stand behind its products or care about customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to steer clear and shop with more reputable retailers. This was a complete waste of time and money.

Terrible experience - Do not order from this company ! Everybody has already said it but..... Items come from China - poor quality - Returns policy is a joke. When you return (at your own expense) items get stuck in Chinese customs. I opened a dispute with PAYPAL and they kindly refunded me. Lesson learnt.

Scam company. Item received not at all as ordered and wanted to charge me £60 to return back to China.

Absolute rubbish. When the product arrived, it did not look even remotely similar to the one I had ordered. The size was also wrong. The manufacturer is in China and the return would cost more than the product itself.

So guys this is my second review. I’ll tell you all how I got the refund. So I initially paid through PayPal. And sent paypal all the messages between me and Ganti. There was no way I was going to pay to send it back to china. Initially when i brought it it said nothing about china. They must have added that on their website later. So I refused and escalated it to PayPal. I also gave them the link to trustpilot reviews here and PayPal were in my favour and refunded me in full.

I will encourage you all to do the same

Avoid this website! It is not worth the hassle! Cheap quality and the sizes are incorrect, nothing like the images. The brand supposedly works out of the Netherlands, but when I tried to return my order due to a sizing issue, I was told to return to China! The return cost me £20! Absolutely ridiculous and non refundable! Please avoid this website entirely!

I have now received a second item that is still of very poor quality and wrongly sized as extra large and does not fit me so is no good to me. Bradley from GANTI Uk has replied stating the replacement and refund of this company again saying if I pay a fee to return the products to china 5 days after that I will receive a refund, but as I can see from previous reviews no refunds have ever been granted. I have decided to let my local trading standards know about this company and my experience with them. Please do not purchase anything from this company they are a complete RIP OFF

Company sent me a completely wrong shirt from what I ordered now stalling to provide refund details. Scam company! Do not buy from them!

Baught 3 items 2 x hoodoes and 1 x sweater.
The sweater was of good quality, However the 2 hoodies purchased for about £29 wher actually one of the lowest quality items you could possibly find.
After rasing this with ganti they basically asked me to send them more money to rectify thier low quality goods.
Well I'd had enough of companies basically taking the P155 buy passing low quality goods off at top prices so they can shove the £70 I'm out of pocket and I'll just warn anyone thinking of using these clowns to buy anything in the future. BUYER BEWARE THEY SELL REALLY LOW QUALITY HOODIES, AND ASK YOU TO SORT IT OUT BY PAYING EXTRA STAY WELL CLEAR.

Please take note of all the comments. Do not buy from this company. Package arrived today, I ordered a pair of grey trousers. I paid £50 and actually burst out laughing when i opened them. I should have just asked my grandmother to make me some on the sowing machine. They are terrible. I’m not even going to try them on. Very cheap very poor quality and an absolute waste of my money. Now I will need to buy some more so double the money.

The website protrays a company that has upmarket products but the reality is that the quality is terrible - very cheap clothes that would be £5 on Temu and probably made in a sweatshop.

Returns are to China at your own expense which should be illegal.

Please DO NOT order from this company. The item ordered was awful, poor quality, wrong sizing and looked very cheaply made. Trying to then organise a return is difficult and you have to return to China via DHL track and trace at your own cost. Terrible service and should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!

Nearly 3 weeks and still no sign of my order, they reply to my Email, but keep saying in transit and will update as soon as possible? Ignore my request for a deadline and my money back!

This website is full scam .don’t buy anything

I purchased an item. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and it looked nothing like the picture and did not fit. Really poor. The return policy is a joke. Do not buy from this company. Extremely poor. Practically a scam.

I do not have to say much as it has all been said in other reviews. GANTI-UK as advertised is nothing but a sophisticated SCAM. Please do not fall for it. My experience is to do with Quality, delivery time and return policy. I feel very cheated.

Awful return process, sent items back to China at great cost, still waiting for a refund after 2 months and unlikely to get one. Worst purchase of my life without a doubt.

Appalling company, zero customer service, do not use as it is shipped from China, delivery not in stated timescales and impossible to get money back off them, do not use this company.
