Never Received the Product
I placed an order for a cabinet on February 9, 2026 (Order #19212) for $304.99. At the time of purchase, the company stated that delivery would take approximately 1–2 weeks.
After several weeks passed with no shipping confirmation or tracking information, I reached out multiple times for updates. I was repeatedly told that the order was delayed and still being processed, but no concrete shipping timeline was ever provided.
As of March 12, more than four weeks after placing the order, the item had still not shipped. I formally requested a refund due to non-delivery and have received no response since.
At this point, the company has failed to deliver the product within the stated timeframe, has not provided tracking information, and has ignored a direct refund request. I have been forced to dispute the charge with my bank.
I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company, as my experience has been marked by delays, lack of communication, and failure to resolve the issue.
